Relax in a modern Cardiff home by the City Centre & Bute Park - Free Parking

First of all the Security locks. Then the place is very quiet despite the location is beside the road. We were surprised on how quiet and calm the place is. And the location is very good as it is very near to to town center; over all accessible.

Sofa is quite hard which makes it uncomfy.

Issues with access through the main door. Codes didn’t work so was frustrating trying to get in. Top floor flat was very noisy the second night.

Our experience was disappointing from the start. Getting access to the property was very difficult because no one answered our phone calls. We got lost trying to find the place, and there was no one available to assist us, which made the check-in process stressful. The entrance was very dirty and was not wheelchair accessible, making it unsuitable for anyone with a disability. The bed was in poor condition, very uncomfortable, and needs to be replaced. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations, especially regarding cleanliness outside, accessibility, and communication. I hope the owners address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
