Good apartment for a group of friends or family.

We liked that there were four bedrooms so space for everyone, we thought the location was good although the street does look very run down when you see it first, mainly due to recycling bags and bins everywhere. However, the area was fine and a short Uber ride into the city centre. We likes that we could cook if we wanted and the apartment was quiet and self contained. The lock on the door was great. We loved the good quality bed linen and beds were spotlessly clean as were the bathrooms. Overall it was great value for what we paid and were happy with our stay.

We felt that the apartment got very warm and maybe the addition of fans would be a good idea. The paintwork could do with a fresh coat to keep it looking good, this did not effect our stay but would add to the first impression of the space. The apartment was clean and bed linen was really good, although the mattresses were a little lumpy. We slept fine but maybe something to consider. Beds also might be too small for couples.

We paid around £800 for 4 rooms for 2 nights - get a hotel instead, even a not great hotel has to be better. I would not

Although the neighbourhood is not great (appears to be a lot of student accommodation), the flat is easy to find, close to parking, on main bus routes and 5 mins in a taxi to the city centre

It was very grubby, for example the bathroom floors, especially the seals, the carpets, a general musty smell. There’s no dishwasher, the lounge area is smaller than it appears in photos and not big enough to accommodate everyone if it’s a full house. 2 of the double beds are small doubles, not really sharing beds. The shower in one of the upstairs bedrooms is broken and keeps turning off every 30 seconds or so, so you have to get out and pull a cord several times for it to work again, the shower also didn’t drain properly so you’re standing in a puddle. The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable, as are the pillows

The property was really good, nice clean environment, near to shops, the only downside was no parking outside as we had someone with a blue badge in our group.

The property was really good and not any negatives really just that could be more utensils in the kitchen.

Adequate for a night or two at best!

The keyless entry system is good.

Zero parking nearby. One shower drain blocked upstairs so shower unusable. Difficult heating system to work out and no instructions and the property was cold. WiFi code half wiped out on a sticker so had to contact the owner for the code. No instructions on how to enter the property prior to arrival-had to contact the owner. No table to sit at to eat and poor kitchen facilities including a coffee machine which leaked water everywhere. No blind on the velux window in upstairs bedroom so you are awake when the sun comes up.

Customer Service was awful when tried to change dates due to famuly member with COVID. Our phones were blocked and only responded to us when we emailed through Booking.com. They then only cared about there money and were willing to refund us the cost of cleaning. They never even responded to our request to change dates. Apart from poor customer service this property is awful and not what is advertised. lots of damages and very dirty. We originally booked for 4 couples but i was relieved we never took partners as this apartment would of spoilt the whole weekend. You would think this was used as student digs and the condition it was in was after a full school year. Just awful. Pictures provided on site do not look anthing like the reality of this property. Kitchen is dirty, dated and in the living room with a constant smell. All walls were marked, bottle tops in flower pots, mold in shower rooms. The list goes on. Theist goes on. The owners are clearly money grabbers with no passion for this industry. COVID can not be used as an excuse for the awful state of this property.
