Entire place was nicely maintained and looked after. Property was well equipped and provided with all the necessities. Bedrooms were well enough and comfortable for whole group of 12 pax. Tesco and many other supermarkets are very close by. Everyone of us enjoyed the stay and recommend for everyone.

House was so deceptive from the outside and had lots of space for us. The house was really clean and maintained.
It was great to have a room each, much cheaper than a hotel and two bathrooms was a bonus. The journey into the centre of Cardiff didn’t take long and wasn’t too expensive.
Good to have a Tesco Local at the end of the street which also handy for the last minute requirements that we had forgotten!
The upstairs shower was a little temperamental maybe as there were a few of us using it.
Handle on the back door was loose so worried when shutting it that it might break.

Handy for Wales millennium centre, Tesco express also handy. Parking permits useful. Good that things such as kitchen foil, salt & pepper etc were provided.
Dirty ashtray in the garden. A few of the internal doors were hard to shut and hinges squeaky. A baking sheet for the oven would be good (we couldn’t find one but apologies if there is one)

the property was clean and smelt fresh when we arrived. It was very large and suitable
we were a little concerned that the walls were damp, and the paint is flaking off. There was no rose on the ceiling lights with bare wires showing, and then there was a disused boiler in one of the bedrooms.
