Location very convenient as overspill for family gatherings; my daughter lives in Celyn Ave.
The doors into AV were wide open during the whole of our 3 night stay - & the locks have been disabled. The flat had a really overwhelming drains smell - which I reported immediately but there was no response during our stay. Only a sheet over mattress! No mattress protector. Not hygienic. Toilet paper so flimsy that it is unusable.
