Close proximity to the hospital. Convenient parking. Reasonable price. House was clean.

Some of the kitchen utensils/crockery were dirty and chipped.

2 of the beds were much less comfortable than the other. It didn't have 2 bathrooms,as advertised, but 1 bathroom and an extra toilet.

The location is great- close to so many amenities. Very quiet area too which surprised us.

It could really do with a deep clean. As we have children, toys go under furnature etc. Consequently we found a lighter, some condoms, a packet of paracetamol, an empty packet of cookies (exp date a month ago). There was a lot of white pet hair on the carpet upstairs. We were kindly allowed to take our dog but she is vrown and we didn’t allow her upstairs. There was a lot of marks and dents on the paintwork, which didn’t bother us but might bother someone else. All the bins wete very full which made sitting outside in a heatwave unpleasant. It was bin day on our arrival so they could have been empty!
