The apartment was well-equipped, but wouldnt recommend for more than 4 people.
Comfy beds, centrally located, near a massive park. TV for the kids.
The shower didnt drain properly, but this was reported to guest services.

Location was good for our purposes.
Access to the property was difficult. No code details were received until 30 minutes after our arrival. We stood in pouring rain and no one from reception was available to take our phone call for assistance. Not good enough! Other guests who were in a similar situation could not raise reception either.

Disgraceful apartment! We’ve come home to recover & don’t foresee we will ever be returning to Cardiff!
Fridge shelves filthy, cupboard shelves sticky, shower disgusting, floor around basin filthy, blinds in lounge broken with parts missing, shower parts fell to pieces as broken, parts missing and not attached to wall properly, shower tripped fuse when we did try to use, shower drain blocked, bed toppers stained, pillows a disgrace, sofa arm kept dropping off, 2 dining chairs around a flimsy table for 5 of us. The road the apartment is on is a health hazard too: the pavements are littered with dirty nappies, broken glass, rotten food, general waste! Noisy neighbours in next-door property during early hours. The price of the apartment does not reflect how run down and dirty it is. No parking except between 10pm and 8am. Parking ticket at 8.15am on final morning whilst loading the car up!! TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT as our only family break of the year.

The shower kept tripping off and there isn't enough cooking wares in the kitchen The beds are also quite uncomfortable
