Host is very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Use of full kitchen.
Large room with sofa as well as desk and bed. Water, tea, coffee and chocolate provided.
Great location right by the park.
Bit tatty round the edges.
Cleaning in the more hidden areas.
Common areas felt very studenty.

This property was well kept, was very clean and had no major issues. The bed was exceptional, and the shower was really good.
Although the owner was a very nice man, he did disturb quite often for multiple different reasons. Housekeeping also walked in without knocking in the morning which was a big surprise.
