Executive King Studio

Very convenient

Studio had everything you need for a city break in Cardiff or a work stay in a nice area.

Lock box code was wrong - so had to wait for host to bring key. Also only one chair to sit on in the studio when there was two of us.

Perfect location. Very clean and comfy

Parking poor and lack of WiFi/signal meant the tv in the room was pointless as we couldn’t watch anything and WiFi so weak we couldn’t watch anything on our phones to make up for lack of tv signal. Maybe a signal or WiFi booster in the room may help this

The location was fab and the apartment was clean and pretty much had eventing we needed. Hairdryer, iron. I liked that there was milk sachets in the fridge but we didn't knew that beforehand so we bought milk en route

The owner 'forgot' to send the key code, so on arrival, with low signal I was desperately searching apps, messages and emails, whilst stood in the rain outside the property. We were tight for time to get to our concert, so having to phone owner to get this, and looking for it for ten mins first, did delay us! Then when we were in property, the owner had advised to chk WiFi box lights were green. They were blue, so we reset it as advised, but couldn't get them to go green. The TV didn't work properly, it kept freezing on whatever we were watching and the bathroom light didn't work. As there was no window, it was pitch black when door was closed, I reported it to owner. I thought she'd come and changed bulb whilst we were at concert as this is what she said she would do and light was working when we got back. But by next morning it wasn't working again! A real pain when trying to put makeup on, shower and pee in the dark and put contact lenses in, by torchlight as only mirror was in bathroom. Just had stroppy message from owner saying light was working fine when she got there, after traveling half hr. I have video evidence that light wasn't working.
