Modern, comfortable and a safe place to stay

Very secure with the two code entrances and the apartment was very modern and clean, plenty of space in the kitchen to cook meals and the bathroom and bedroom were also a good size.

The desk chair wasn’t comfortable or sufficient for working, some of the utensils in the kitchen weren’t clean and the door locked us in one night although in the morning the remote staff were responsive and the issue didn’t occur again.

I wouldn't stay here

Called the number they tell you to call in their handbook and no-one answered or replied, they say you have a parking permit in their handbook but not one present, the apartment is on a street that that is falseley advertised in my opinion. I had to pay to stay in a hotel elsewhere as I did not want to stay there

Close to Cardiff downtown and the train station.

There wasn’t a handle for toilet paper which was odd. The shower soap was barely enough to last me days. I’d have assumed to have it ready for the guest but it was less than half. There was an issue with the heater and the front door but it was dealt with eventually. This isn’t a hotel which I had presumed.

Pros and cons but all in all a confortable stay

Clean and modern apartment. Secure uses PIN code to access property rather than key or card. All the facilities were available which made it convenient.

It was air bnb not clear on advertisement. I was expecting a block of flats. The area was also not very nice. It was a student area and not very clean area.

Had a great weekend, was very close to cathays and not too far from town. Door lock needed battery changing, someone cam

Room was very cold upon arrival, took the heating ages to warm up living room and bedroom. Floor was a bit dirty and dusty. No change of towels, toilet paper or bins during the stay.

It was extremely easy to contact the host for any questions, the apartment definitely exceeded my expectations. I was nervous about booking an Air Bnb online but the Images match 100%. Extremely convenient to have a number code to enter the property, overall I am so satisfied with my stay.
