Good location and easy to walk into the city centre. Surprisingly quiet given it was on a main road. Good space and facilities. Excellent communication from Nick and easy check in.
These are suggestions to make it even better. 1. It would be helpful of a small hairdryer was provided (have often had these in other rental properties) 2. We may have been unusual in cooking but the instructions about the hob would be clearer if it said "highest heat setting is first stop of the dial clockwise, heat decreases with each further stop round". Currently it says "turn the dial clockwise to increase the heat" and this is confusing as the further clockwise you go the lower the heat.
