Modest bur comfortable, 15 minutes walk from the city centre.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It was a good kitchen for preparing breakfasts and lunch, but was a little under-resourced for preparing dinner. The rental agent was approachable whenever we had to contact them. The accommodation was in a good location, just a few minutes from the park, and 15 minutes walk from the city centre and major tourist sites.

The heating in the lounge was moderately effective. The shower needed a pull-switch activated to operate, and the settings were difficult to control.

The location was great !

The checking-in wasn't smooth. Had to do a couple of msgs and calls to get the code. The washing machine was a disaster 😑

Different from listing

The pictures shown on the website have nothing to do with reality. The floor is covered with carpet, while the photos show parquet. The furniture shown in the pictures is not the same. Overall, the rooms are quite dark, unlike how they appear in the photos.

Nice stay near cardiff central

The rooms and furniture are well maintained. The entire apartment was clean and spacious. The living room has adjacent kitchen that has basic crockeries, utensils for cooking. Everything was functional except the radiators. The toilet and shower were very clean. Beds and sofa were comfy, Nearest bus stop towards the city center is in 3 minutes walking distance. The bus takes 10 minutes to reach castle or museum. The instructions were clear.

The building has 3-4 apartments and there was no instruction on which one we booked, For our case, it was apartment no 1. The lock for the apartment started acting up but informed owner to take action.

Disappointing

Like that there was a small garden area.

One of the beds was partly broken. Students living next to the apartment were loud and could hear them being sick. Outside and surrounding area was dirty. Electrical supplier knocked on the door early hours to issue a notice. This notice said that if no action is taken we will cut the supply of electricity to the property.

Great place to stay if you have pets

Very lovely to have accommodation that allows pets! I didn't end up needing to take my cats, but thank you for giving me the option nonetheless! Very simple to get the keys from the lockbox outside. Great location, with a frequent bus that takes you straight into town. Sizeable apartment, very well cleaned throughout. Both beds were comfortable. Also supplied lovely little creature comforts for me.

During my second day there, the fire alarm in the building was consistently going off. Found out it was because the emergency fire alarm trigger in my apartment was malfunctioning. You can hear the people in the other flats, but it wasn't too big of a deal for me. The walls did have signs of damp, but that's something that's common in Cardiff flats so again no big deal. The last day I was there I did notice the freezer was leaking. The main entrance door to the flat has a working lock but the latch is lodged inside, so if you leave the door unlocked you can swing the door about without turning the handle. The sensor-activated lights in the hallway are a bit annoying, but again nothing minor.

Horribly dirty apartment, pictures made of it minimum 20 yers ago, huge rats everywhere, shower was not even working. Semen on the beds headbords... In that apartment we have seen what we haven't seen in our whole lives..

Posizione comoda a 20 minuti dal centro. Tutti i servizi ner raggio di 20 minuti a piedi. Lidl a 10 minuti a piedi. 4 letti comodi in due stanze separate. La cucina piccola ma per un breve permanenza va tutto bene.

Le case del vicinato sono un pò decadenti.
