Great communication from host, clean and tidy accommodation, and good location.
We ended up stranded because of train cancellation, so the time the host was willing to let us stay and communicated back was awesome!
The property was clean, spacious, and in walking distance to all the city to explore! Will definitely consider staying here again. Thank you!
It would be useful to have basic items to make a tea/coffee as a nice gesture.
It was unusual to get a key from a shop, I'm not from the area, so going there first and then finding the place we stayed was confusing at first but now I know where it is it should be pretty straight forward next time.

Location was perfect for exploring Cardiff nightlife.
Collecting the key in the car was a struggle because of the one way system, guest bedroom bed was a little firm.
