It's 30 minute walk to Cardiff city centre and there are plenty of taxis around if you need to get one. It's also really close to Roath park which is very beautiful. The house was lovely and clean throughout especially the bathroom and kitchen. Great sized room including plenty of space to eat, cook and the bedrooms were large.
The sofa you can feel the springs in so not very comfy if watching a movie. The upstairs larger bed again the mattresses need replacing to ensure a good sleep.

Easy access by lock box. Easily found from directions. Clean bedding. Plenty of cups/mugs etc. Short 15/20 minute walk to centre of Cardiff/Castle/Principality Stadium. Lots of takeaways/shops nearby. Large bed in main bedroom.
The area is quite run down. The house itself smelt very faintly of damp, but maybe to be expected in an old house. The house is in need of some TLC/maintenance. Scorch marks on carpet, dirty rug, paint chips on most paintwork, kitchen cupboards very basic and don’t shut properly. The bathroom is quite old and again could do with updating. No TV remote apart from fire stick. Be aware that stairs are very steep so you may need to bear that in mind if mobility is a concern.
