The staff have been really communicative prior and throughout. The apartments are really lovely and well worth the money

It was a 40 minute from the centre but that Is just personal preference

Great location for a short stay

Flat 3 was small and loud

Well fitted out with cutlery etc...

The listing was not clear about which photos were linked to which flat at the property. Flat 3 was very small and did not meet expectations. The location of Flat 3 was bad as it was right next to a busy train line which was loud. There was a loose piece of metal on the entrance to the bathroom. The flat was very small in terms of living space. There was noticeable damp in the corner of the kitchen/living room next to the TV. The property smelled damp or of pets when we arrived.

I liked the location

I was slightly disappointed with the communication from the host. I reached out about a broken cutlery drawer and was told someone would come to fix it, but no one arrived. I also mentioned concerns about cleanliness early on in the hope it could be addressed not to leave a negative review but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any response. It’s a shame, as good communication would have made a real difference to my stay. Outside had lots of cigarette butts so we did not use outside. I even reached out to offer to hoover myself and asked where the hoover was but did not get a response. Floors were very dirty unfortunately. Internet very hit and miss.

Overall quite good.

Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Nice bathroom. Good location.

No drawers in the bedroom and only 6 hangers. I had to sleep with my suitcase on the bed as there was nowhere to put anything and no floor space. I found this flat by searching for disabled accommodation. There were 6 steps up to the front door in poor condition. We managed but others may not.

Lovely flat, super comfy.

Lovely ground floor two bed apartment. Perfect for our needs. Very small bedrooms but room in the rest of the flat. Really comfy beds. Everything provided. Great to have a washing machine as we stayed quite a while. Location good for town centre but also for the local hospital, one reason for staying as visiting someone there daily.

Shower drain was blocked with hair and dirty. I emailed my complaint and it was sorted straight away. This would not stop me staying again. Just to say how well a complaint was dealt with.

Une semaine à Cardiff

L’appartement est bien situé à côté de Roath Parc dans un quartier tranquille à 10 min en bus du centre ville avec des commerces à 10min à pieds. Tout était très propre et très bien équipé : frigo, four, four à micro ondes, bouilloire et machine à café. Nous avons eu le plaisir d’avoir des petits cadeaux sucrés et salés et des produits d’hygiène. Nous étions deux avec une chambre et un canapé lit très confortable dans le salon. Tout était prévu à notre arrivée avec les serviettes de bain et les couettes .

Le frigo ne marchait pas très bien , il ne faisait pas de froid et beaucoup de difficulté à gérer le thermostat de la pièce de vie car les températures étaient souvent hautes surtout pour dormir. Il manquait aussi un balai car nous ramenions beaucoup de particules des arbres sous nos chaussures.

Rewelacja, super nowocześnie wykończony, jeszcze pachniało farbą, całe wyposażenie nowiutkie, ręczniki, toster, lodówka, zmywarka klasa!!

Brak uwag, właściciel mógłby tylko dać dokładny adres na booking, bo skopiowany adres nie prowadził do celu, reszta bez zarzutu.
