The majority of the apartment was absolutely fine. Very clean, great location for transport links.

Shower doors didn't close, reported it to host when arrived on the Friday and received message back to say would be sorted but wasn't fixed by time we checked out on Monday. The only disappointment to what was a great place to stay.

An excellent stay in a first class property

The house was a in a great location just a short walk into the city centre. The host sent me all the details to get into the house beforehand and then as promised send the access code the morning of arrival. Getting in to the property was very simple and the apartment was very clean, well equipped and met our needs. Parking was easy at a nearby pub carpark which cost £10 per 24 hours

Great location, clean in space. though the neighborhood had a lot of garbage around. Safe and fairly quiet even during a major futbol match. Nice to have in house laundry. Beds were comfortable and host responsive.

Enjoyable and enough for what we required.

A nice modern appartment with a lovely kitchen/living area. Easy to enter upon arrival and straightforward code system. Location great for getting into town. Plenty for what we required celebrating a birthday.

The shower door was broken and therefore difficult to open/close as the runners were not in line with the shower door. Towels were very small and no extra incase of needing another. Beds were advertised as double but were more three quarter size although comfy mattress. Was in the middle of uni quarters which could be very noisy at times, one of us were woken up to a lot of noise early hours of Sunday morning. More mirrors are needed especially as we were a group of 6 girls getting ready.

Great place for value but noise levels were high

Nice layout, comfy beds and amenities were good! Bathroom was good too.

The noise was insane. Super loud party going on in flat 4 next to us and the walls felt super thin.

It was not bad but I would not book it again for that price

The location was very close to where we needed to go (half marathon start and flix bus bus station) but a bit to the center and train station but still walkable

It was not 100% clean, in general yes but in detail you could find dust in the corners etc. The shpwer also has some mold and there is no toilet brush

Good stay overall.

Nice modern property

The shower screen needs fixing, it was very loose on the runners. Made us nervous to use incase we broke it. Coffee machine couldn’t work it, there was an old pod in it so not sure how long it’s been like that. Also a mirror in the 2nd bedroom on the wall is needed.

Great location, nice apartment

Great location, clean, bright, well kept apartment, all the basic facilities, the lounge kitchen area was a lovely space for our family. Good communication and secure property.

Please get a new mattress, or a mattress topper for the back bedroom, we had springs digging into our backs, did not sleep well. The mattresses were fine in the front bedroom. The shower could do with updating, but was sufficient.

Great little apartment close to centre of Cardiff. Large rooms. Great value for money

Large property with lovely big couch and kitchen. Easy access with codes. No street parking, but parking isn’t far away. We just pulled up quickly to unload our belongings and then parked up. Castle and city centre and easy walk.

"Great location, comfortable stay"

We stayed for just one night, but the apartment was very comfortable and perfectly located. The two bedrooms were a real advantage – especially with a snoring husband! The kitchen was well equipped, which made things even easier. I definitely recommend this place.

Comfy and pleasant option if Cardiff U is your main reason to visit.

Walking distance from Cardiff U and surrounding area. Clean and organized space with two double beds and one bathroom. Appreciate that there was dish soap, salt, instant coffee, tea, sugar and some bath amenities, although oil and spices would be a nice addition to the basics. Beds were a bit soft. Fans were useful for the hot days we had.

Neither coffee machine worked which meant instant coffee was obligatory. Back door does not open, which would be helpful to air laundry. Neighborhood appears to be student housing, and having gone during graduation weekend there was a lot of garbage, which was unfortunate. Fans need to be cleaned/dusted.

Well appointed and comfortable apartment near the Uni.

Very neat and comfortable two bed apartment. Very convenient for the University and centre of Cardiff.

The street is a little scruffy as the flat is on a busy road and it seems to be mainly student houses and the sea gulls are the main culprits raiding the rubbish bags. The house, the flat is in, stands out as well maintained and tidy from the outside. If you have a car parking is a 5 minutes walk away.

A very pleasant home for a short stay.

The location and ease of getting into the apartment. The set-out was good and the apartment was clean and well stocked with basic supplies - toilet paper, tea, coffee, clothes washing tabs.

Convenient for Cathays station. Well cleaned, comfortable, with modern fittings.

Sound insulation between flats could be better. In a flat sleeping four we'd expect more than two chairs (or possibly stools for the breakfast bar). Slightly limited cooking equipment. Plenty of wine glasses, but not many tumblers. Peeling plaster in one part of hallway. More hooks in bathroom for towels / clothes would be useful.

Clean and convenient. Good value. Helpful owner. Very hot two days and it was great to have an air conditioning device in the bedrooms.

Location was good. Close to Cardiff Bay and City. Clean appartment. All facilities were good.

Good for short visit to see friends in Cardiff

Good location if meeting up with anyone in student halls. Easy walk into the city. We had the ground floor apartment. The bedroom was at the sensibly at the back, which reduced any street noise.

It wasn’t a cheap rental, comparable to many hotels in cardiff. It would benefit from offering a welcome pack to make it feel more value for money.
