Spacious flat ideal for family.

Spacious for family of five. All facilities were available. Space heated up quickly as required. Aesthetically pleasing. TV in each room was very handy to have a relaxed evening.

The toilet was difficult for us adults lol, due to its proximity to the wall, but we managed.

Excellent and excited to return!

The owners were so nice and fast to get into contact with us! The place was in an amazing location and good value for money, the beds and sofas were comfortable and spacious!

Not that it was a problem at all, but if I had to think of anything we could’ve done with more cutlery/cups/plates etc, as we were limited and a little messy.

Perfect

It was a beautiful apartment, so clean, stylish and comfortable, had everything you could need for a weekend away. Entrance into the apartment was easy. Good instructions to that and parking within the street. The app was really helpful.

The beds were slightly uncomfortable but we only stayed 2 nights so wasn’t a massive problem

Parking in the area was tricky, which can mean parking quite away from the property, so potentially it can be fairly inconvenient if you're unlucky and don't bag a spot close by.

No on site parking. This wasn’t particularly clear on booking. Only street parking was available and this wasn’t particularly clear limited in the area. It’s mostly residential

Nice place, good location, good value.

Clean, spacious and reasonably well supplied. Customer service was good, had to extend stay and that was easily accommodated, also asked for some pillowcases and they were provided.

Beds were very uncomfortable and a few key things missing from the kitchen, though we could work around that. Also, I found it unreasonable to require completion of an agreement, provision of id and security deposit AFTER a non-refundable booking is made and without prior disclosure.

Great group stay in Cardiff

Property was well located and Jay communicated pretty well with us about the place before our stay. It’s not too far from Cardiff city though if you are bringing a vehicle bigger than an SUV, parking is tight as usual in the city but at least it was free. The place was nice and modern, having good furniture and comfortable beds. Would recommend if you are ever in Cardiff.

Modern apartment with loads of televisions and was very spacious

Apartment was not cleaned properly had boxers underwear from last guest left in boiler room dirty earbuds on floor and loads of steps to get to apartment.
