To be honest didn’t expect what we got the picture on booking.com it was very different then the actual place it’s was disgusting webs all over the wall’s bedding were awful and very dirty there was a slug in the bathroom the bath it self was broken wouldn’t recommend to book that ever again

Every thing in the apartment. firstly walked in it smelt so bad flies flying around the whole entire place,beddings not done and changed,stains everywhere,snails found,bath broken and spider and spider webs on the corner walls wasn’t expecting anything like that I didn’t like it as my day got ruined by that,there was no refunds either not happy at all wouldn’t recommend going there got someone to come and clean it all up.

We entered the property all seemed lovely and ok. Then using bathroom facilities there was pooh spread on wall by finger, Wish I had taken a phone instead of cleaning it but as a child was waiting to use it I didn't. also rust in bath. WIFi wasn't working. Regardless of how much we tried to reset it, The TV only had channels that could be accessed by wifi. Cable to the TV been extended with another cable using duck tape. although stated that 6 would be staying no access to bedding for the pull out sofa which is the 3rd bed. slept with no sheets or duvet cover. pillows looked like teabags. Rubbish to the side of the house. i understand £207 is not a lot for 6 people but the pictures do not give an accurate description. I was not expecting the Hilton but I do expect safety and hygiene and working facilities such as WIFI and no broken cable.

Modern interior, well presented.

Smelt of cigarettes when we first walked in. The door handle of one of the rooms broke with people inside, leading them to have to climb out of the window. The front door also did not open like it should, it took several attempts late at night to get into the house, due to the door handle not working as it should.

Worst experience ever

Easy access, parking

We were welcomed by some disgusting food leftovers by the front door (bins are right outside the door). Should have turned around then and there, was already a sign of things to come. Lingering smell of smoke as we entered, chewing gum in carpet, plastering issues everywhere, dirty window in kitchen had a message written on it (must have been the last visitors) that was still there! Pictures on Booking.com are clearly very very outdated! Serious attention required, all throughout. Owner refused to compensate us after making a decision to leave the property the following day as we were not prepared to stay there with a 6 month old baby. Funny enough, the property was available again for bookings 2 days after we'd moved out, even though we had not been refunded and were still paying for that night. Disgusting

Property needs some work sorting.

The space inside was ideal. There is plenty of room. We messaged with issues when first arrived. We got messages back after that, nothing. There some staff that were very helpful and lots of good things it just a shame there no message to say about issues with door or shower checked as you can see clearly the bit broken off.

It is just on one level, so have people above who like to make noise and bang about 5 and 6am on the morning we were there. The shower jad a bit broken stopped you from turning it to cold, wo was too hot, none of us could get under the first person to try to love hot water couldn't get under after getting wet to was out the shampoo. So the bath was run. There was rust around the plug, and then water took ages to drain and smelt for ages. The oven was dirty with trays left with food on. They got a new door, but it not been fitted properly, so I couldn't get the door open and spent a long time each time trying to open and shut and lock it. It has been left with foam coming out of the side and bits of wood. No trims. Old door left to side with lots of the other build materials, so looks very message. Lots alcohol bottle, cans, and rubbish to side behind the property. Dirty under the sofa bed. When tip the back flat to use is moves and very hard. Couldn't find the clothes rail for wet stuff. There shows a clothes rail in both rooms but only one. There are Amazon devices, but people have been adding to it, and when the son got to play the list, it was all very inappropriate. We ignored when we asked for help the next day and asked if we could have extra to leave with the shower not working. All we got back please leave us 10/10. Review. Refused any sort refund, and customer service advised the property was ignoring them too. Paid via PayPal, so I went to them in less than 30 minutes of sending it to PayPal. It got £50 back.

Plesent stay

The location was close to cardiff Castle and Cardiff market so we were able to walk there. Liked the Amazon Alexa in the kitchen.

The beds didn't have any headboards. The bigger bedroom would benefit from having a wardrobe or dresser. The sofa bed wasn't as comfortable as we would have liked. The pots and pans need replacing.

Property was finished to an excellent standard, clean and comfortable with excellent parking. Within walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

The location seems to be surrounded by student accommodation so can be a little noisy at night and the area is a bit rundown. Not the fault of the property/hosts though.

Awful, complete disappointment for my birthday treat!!

After I had to run through the door cause of the rat issue, rooms were dirty,stains on the carpet, dirty wet towel left behind bathroom door, complimentary toiletries, tea & coffee were a complete joke!!! Beds had not been pulled out and hovered behind for quite some time. had to pay a £25 early arrival fee due to inconvenience to cleaning staff! Cleaning staff haven’t cleaned properly for months!! Text message telling us to be out by 10am as cleaning staff en route!! yea right!!

Nice, modern ground floor apartment. Comfy beds and quality linen.

Was a little further from the Principality Stadium than expected (1.4 miles not 0.9 miles as noted in the information). Some areas of the flat didn't look like they had been cleaned - some bits down the side of the kitchen units; Rennies and cutlery left in draining tray. The 'free toiletries' looked like they had been left by previous guests. Suggest maybe getting fixed dispensers for shower gel etc.

Good location for a city break

Easy walking distance to city centre. Good size with well equipped kitchen. Good parking. A good base for a city break, we didn’t really spend much time in the property.

The area is very dirty with lots of rubbish everywhere. But once inside the property you aren’t aware of this. And this is not the fault of the property owner. The beds were quite hard but after a days exploring the city, we all slept well.

Excellent location for a University visit and good proximity to the city centre - Cardiff is a city that is very easy to walk around. Availability of off street parking was invaluable.
