The front door didn’t open fully allowing you to get in with your bags. As soon as we opened the front door it was stinking of sewage with water all over the living room/kitchen floor. The fridge was filthy, the shower door had come off the rails. No hairdryer as listed and when messaging the owner was told the previous person staying before us took it an a new one had been ordered. However we didn’t take one with us as the listing said one was available there. The people staying above us was making a noise all night keeping people awake. It doesn’t look anything like pictures.

Where do I start! We stayed in the property all of 15 minutes, doors not locking, broken furniture, stains on the wall. I don't normally leave reviews, but I have sent a complaint to the property, who responded and I sent the pictures. Then as a 'gesture of goodwill offered' £20, I have refused and made a complaint to Booking.com. This apartment does not look like it's pictures, it is unsafe, mould on the bed. Do not book it!

The apartment is alright !

The area .... the customer service .... We didn't feel safe. At the start of our stay, some young men stood infront of our kitchen window smoking weed and being loud. I tried closing the window to stop the smell and noise but later decided to open the window due to the heat... Rudely, one of the boys closed our window aggressively. We were given a code to access the main gate but we later realised the gate was open to all anyway. Also, there is a massive gap between the gate and the ground, easy for intruders to creep in. The WORST THING occurred in the morning..... my kids and I were in the lounge and suddenly, a random man walked in holding 2 packs of strawberries, making his way into our rooms. Our apartment door is "supposedly " code operated but this man somehow had our code and walked in. He literally walked past me... and said he "lives here".... my partner stopped him and he "realised" that he was in the wrong apartment. We were in apartment 8 and he "allegedly " was from apartment 9. Even though he made a mistake.. how did he get the code to work and why did he ignore me and carried on walking into the rooms. My kids could have been in the rooms only to find a strange man in their rooms ?? YOU LEFT MY KIDS PETRIFIED !!!! I did not want to leave this review but I had to warn everyone to stay away from booking this until they resolve these issues. I sent a message last week to the number we communicated with but i was totally ignored. No care or customer service. This is serious infringement of privacy. Please avoid this property until you are sure measures have been put in place to guarantee your safety. I slept in the lounge with my partner and I am terribly freaked out by the idea that this strange man could have walked into us whilst asleep. I am taking this further since they don't care about this complaint.

Nothing to be honest. It was like Uni accommodation.

It was very basic and the sleeping arrangements were not good. It had holes and marks on the walls. The blinds were broken as was the shower door. We had to make up 2 of the beds and the duvet and pillow had blood stains on them. There was no mattress protectors on the beds.

The property was really dirty, there were holes in walls and a Costa cup in the bedroom. We also had brand new white socks on and our socks were dirty from just walking around the apartment. There were also rips in the quilts. My friends PTSD was triggered due to the noise from the neighbours as it sounded like there were in our apartment to the point she was panicking and felt sick. We were left with only 2 pots, there were also scratches on the floor and in our beds and not comfortable. It doesn’t look like the owners put much effort into making the house look warm and welcoming. We will never be booking again.
