Very clean and contemporary

We loved how much it felt like home and all the little things that were provided tea coffee. It was very clean. The host was easy to reach and communicated well.

Accommodation fine - booking a nightmare

Getting all the information in a timely way absent from many places we booked through booking.com. I have been an avid user of booking.com for hotel accommodation for many many years and until recently encountered no problems. The latest trip to the UK was a nightmare.

Spacious house for groups close to Cardiff centre

No.1 is spacious and modern. The bedrooms a large and nicely decorated, and the beds are comfortable. We loved the garden space which has a fig tree and a vine. The location is ideal with the city centre within walking distance and tge bay and river really close too. Keas, the host is a great communicator and quick to sort any issues you may have.

Ideal for our group of people. We all slept comfortably and it was a great layout for bringing us all together for meals etc

Lovely

We stayed for a night for a hen do and the property was great! Bedrooms all lovely and my bed was super comfy! Had everything you needed for a short (or long) stay! Was around a 20 minute walk to the centre. And I managed to park directly outside. We had a lovely stay and would defiantly stay again! Thank you!

Plenty of bedrooms, well presented on the whole.

It had plenty of bedrooms, and fit our needs as a group travelling for a concert. It was reasonably priced when split across a number of people. It was generally nicely finished, only a couple of small things let it down.

The only negative things was some untidy wires and decoration in the back bedroom.

Great location just short taxi ride or 15 minutes walk to centre. Plenty of space. No problem finding street parking.

Exceptional

The house was very beautiful, spacious and clean. Only spent the night and didn’t want to leave! The rooms were lovely and beds very comfy. Would highly recommend.
