Lots of space for us all and great location to attend a concert in Cardiff. Communication with the key holder was great, very helpful.
The springs in one of the mattress had gone.

good location not far into the centre
easy for a group to get in and out as code access
Not the cleanest place and quite small for 13 people.
there was lots of mould on the walls in one of the bedrooms, missing a shower screen in one of the bathrooms and the door handle broke off one door when someone tried to open it. I have contacted the property since and they have refunded the £100 cleaning fee but we still spent over £1000 to stay!
It could also probably do with a bit of updating/ cleaning in the bathrooms on tiles etc .
definitely wouldn’t stay again was ok but not the best place
