The location is not too far from the city centre and the street is quiet at night. The apartment is spacious and has everything we need to stay.

The bath drain was partially blocked and the coffee machine was not functioning. However, these have been sorted out on the last day of our stay by a member of staff. I wish these should be checked we come.

Clean, lots of amenities provided, host was very helpful.

Location a bit out of the centre but easy to get buses/trains

Well‑equipped apartment on a leafy, quiet street. The space is compact, and the convertible sofa bed works well for a family of four. Parking and access to the area were convenient. Finding the entrance was a bit challenging, as it’s a small side door rather than a main front entrance. Cleanliness could be improved — the flooring and carpets looked dusty, likely because the apartment hadn’t been used for a few days. The patio wasn’t usable, with chairs covered in spider webs and the outdoor sofas stained and dirty. The washroom sink was clogged, and the shower pipe was leaking. We reported all issues, and the staff responded quickly, arranging cleaning the next morning. As a courtesy, they also refunded the cleaning charges of around £40, which was appreciated. However, the washroom issues remained unresolved. Overall, it’s a good apartment with potential, but they definitely need to improve their cleaning services.
