Convenient location.

The instructions to enter the building were lacking in details. We didn't know the outside door would be open and tried using a combination lock on the outside wall. On entering the building, the hallway was disgusting. The walls were filthy. The apartment itself was clean but tatty and could use some tidying up on the décor side. The bed is well past it's comfy date. You can feel the springs. Finally, you make great efforts to ask us to respect the neighbours. It's a shame the neighbours didn't reciprocate! People upstairs stomping around and slamming doors all night long.

Good as a place to sleep while visiting the city - with some disadvantages

The location was great and it was very affordable.

The property felt poorly maintained and somewhat unclean (e.g. there were used towels in the bathroom when we arrived). It was quite loud with noise from the neighbours and outside.

The door entry was problematic. The Bathroom wasn’t clean-the flooring and skirting was unfinished The oven wasn’t clean Not enough crockery and cutlery for the amount of beds Lots of noise from the upstairs all through the night into the morning

A clean and comfortable place to lay your head after partying in Cardiff. Not for families.

It was cheap, easy to find, clean and comfortable.

It was 2 access with the first door looking as if there was a lock and only to find you have to enter the unlocked door into the building and then fight your way through pushchairs and bikes. The shower wasn’t working and there seemed to be lots of people upstairs awake all night. The streets outside were covered in litter and it was intimidating.

Awful!!! AVOID AND GO ELSEWHERE!! cheap shouldnt mean dirty

Nothing Dirty, not as close as advertised. We complained to the owner and got a reply saying their cleaner said it was fine so basically didn’t believe us despite me sending multiple photos to them… the property stank of cigarettes and was dirty. It might be cheap, but we expect basic cleanliness that didn’t happen at this property…. AVOID!!

Everything, the property was dirty, things were broken and the previous guests (or cleaner??!!) had been smoking so the place stank! There was cigarette bitts in a pile by the back door and the place hadn’t been cleaned…. There were even chocolate raisins on the bedroom floor where it hadn’t even been hoovered! Despite sending the owner photo evidence as requested nothing was done, and we complained to booking with no reply…. AVOID!

Run down, noisy, affordable place to sleep.

Close to city centre, amenities you would expect. Would be good for a group of friends looking to not be in the apartment aside from sleeping.

Everything is a bit slap-dash. Upstairs neighbours being loud and noisy (footsteps, voices, arguing, baby sounds even after 11pm) to the point of almost calling police. Quite small overall, one bed missing screws.

Our stay in Cardiff

It was nicely decorated if slightly clumsy around the edges. Very different from the external façade and was pleasant enough. Would definitely book it again!

The sheets weren't clean, there were only 3 bowls for 8 beds and the neighbours were loud. The electronic lock felt like it could easily be opened and the back door was knackered

Apartamento con mucho ruido en la planta superior, baño en semi reforma, el agua se salía del suelo, al estar ocupado los apartamentos superiores hace mucho ruido el suelo y las escaleras, no hay mesa para cenar o desayunar
