Only 25 minutes walk to Cardiff city centre.
Beds didn't feel comfy, but they were and we slept well. Good place if you're out all day and need a base. Lots of shops, pub and a coffee shop very close. 25 minute walk to Cardiff city centre, including castle.
If you go out late, it will be difficult to find a parking space on the street. There are buses, but research times in advance.
Bathroom doesn't have a lock on the door. My dad said the small sink wasn't good for a wet shave, but I managed fine with the sink. The shower had good pressure. Says there's a terrace, but no way for the upper flat to access it, just the lower flat can.
