Only 25 minutes walk to Cardiff city centre. Beds didn't feel comfy, but they were and we slept well. Good place if you're out all day and need a base. Lots of shops, pub and a coffee shop very close. 25 minute walk to Cardiff city centre, including castle.
If you go out late, it will be difficult to find a parking space on the street. There are buses, but research times in advance. Bathroom doesn't have a lock on the door. My dad said the small sink wasn't good for a wet shave, but I managed fine with the sink. The shower had good pressure. Says there's a terrace, but no way for the upper flat to access it, just the lower flat can.

Bedrooms were comfortable. Glad there was on street parking. Heating worked so well!
Locking the door needed explaining. Turn up handle to lock? I would never have figured it out without having a local showing us. Wish there was a larger sitting area, but we chose it.
