Spacious house for my large family, clean and location was perfect. Close to everything we needed and everywhere we visited. The host was very helpful and responded to all our requests.

Everything was as good as we needed. A dishwasher would be a plus and sometimes we wished there was a loo🚽 on the ground floor. But we enjoyed our time at the property

Very nice host, brilliant house to live, and enjoyable stay!

The host is extremely helpful and very friendly. He replies all text immediately and gave all helpful information as we needed. He is the best host I have ever known since I started to use Booking.com in 2000. The house locates in a very nice, popular and quiet residential area. It is very easy to find car spaces and we literally parked outside the property overnights. The house is very spacious with lots of reclining sofas, a very large and nice glass dinning table. The property is very clean and comfortable. Each room has its distinctive features and themes. Beds are big and comfy. The kitchen is modern and offers all necessary white goods and enough food preparation utensils for a party! Everything works fine. There is a Tesco nearby, two minutes walks. There are a huge number of restaurants nearby including a very famous Saray Restaurant only 4 minutes walk away from the house. We really enjoy food there.

A spacious house in a great location. With just a bit more cleaning and upkeep, this property would be perfect.

The host was very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The bedrooms were nicely made, and the house has a lovely layout for families or groups. With a little more care, it could be a fantastic stay.

Some areas weren’t as clean as expected—carpets and sofa covers could use a deep clean, a few drawers and bathroom edges had hair, and there was an odd smell in the living room. The entrance felt a bit untidy, and the hot tub area didn’t offer much privacy.

Overall good property located near city centre - with attentive friendly host

Host was friendly, responsive and very easy to communicate with. Good location near to city centre. Making using taxi's easy / cheap. Located nearby to local high street to access a range of restaurants. Checking in instructions clear and easily to follow. Host made checking out easy and was more than reasonable with checking out process. House was spacious and back garden was good touch. Had no issues with neighbours nearby. House was clean overall including toilet and bathroom. Kitchen well stocked with household utensils, cutlery, and plates etc. Overall price was fair / good value. Would definitely stay there again.

One house key between multiple guests limited our going and coming out. Instances where others were locked outside because someone was asleep, with key indoors. Should have been provided with 2-3 house keys minimum. Was an unnecessary challenge / battle about where to safeguard single house keys. Not enough toilet roll. Finished after first day. Not enough towels provided so had to go to Sainsburys to buy more towels. Parking restrictions on the residential street meant that we had to pay additional charges per day to park (£10 extra per additional car, per day). First car free. Would have expected free parking on weekend. Living room generally cold - had issues using central heating to stay warm. House was cold overall. Beds advertised as all double bed’s minimum - and this was untrue. Were more single bed-sized in the 3 smaller bedrooms. And King / Double in remaining 2 king rooms.
