Beautiful little apartment. Little welcome package was a lovely surprise addition. Parking just around the corner. Bed was super comfy and the facilities were great
The code didn't work on the door initially but communication was good over the phone to resolve issue

Beds were comfy, apartment was lovely and spacious perfect for 4. Small care package on arrival was a nice touch. Lots of mirrors for getting ready. Good location not too far from city centre. No parking with property but easy to follow instructions and guides on where I could find parking. Really clear check in and out instructions provided
House next door is unoccupied and boarded up which was a bit off putting, lots of flys when back doors were open so had to keep them shut.bright green safety light in main bedroom which your unable to turn off

It had all the facilities that you needed,check in and check out was easy.
The location was close to where we were staying and the staff did reply prompt to the mix up and it seemed to be a glitch in the system.
We had been given the incorrect apartment to what the photos had shown so we ended up in a much smaller apartment for the same price.
The area is pretty rough so do your research,it was safe in the end but I was slightly concerned checking in and parking in the area.
The walls are paper thin so it’s no good if you want a peaceful stay our neighbours were so noisy.
It did need a good clean before we used it so we bought some cleaning products and gave it a good scrub.
