Disgraceful!
Absolutely nothing.
had an extremely disappointing experience at this property. From the moment we arrived, there was no parking available, despite being told otherwise. The so-called “apartment” is essentially just a cramped bedroom with an en-suite bathroom—more of a hotel room than a studio. It barely accommodates two people, and there's no storage for bags, making it unsuitable for the advertised occupancy.
Upon entering, we were greeted by a foul smell and unclean conditions. There was hair on the cushions and in the fridge, along with dirty cups and cutlery. We only received one towel per person, and there was no extra toilet paper. To make matters worse, the area under the bed was full of dust and debris left by previous guests.
After complaining, we were moved to another unit that smelled of cigarettes and also appeared unclean. It was evident that the place had not been properly prepared. The lack of cleanliness is unacceptable, especially for a property charging £216 plus a £30 late checkout fee.
To add insult to injury, we were woken by a man entering our room at 11 am, turning on the lights, and demanding we leave so he could clean. This was especially alarming as we are two women unfamiliar with the area.
Overall, this was a terrible experience. The property is noisy, dirty, and feels unsafe, and the management has ignored our complaints. Even when they “offered” another room, it was just the same, if not worse. I strongly urge potential guests to look elsewhere. Save your money and avoid this place.
I have taken photos of the dreadful conditions and plan to report this property to environmental health and other relevant authorities, as the owner seems more concerned with profits than providing a safe, clean environment for guests.

Could have been cleaner, lots of empty bottles under the sofa so didn’t feel like the room had had a good clean

Communication was awful, had to chase for code on the day, made complaint and wasn’t taken seriously. Shame as it was some major issues.

Des fuites d’eau partout du plafond qui gouttent sur le lit. Une nuit passée sur un matelas trempé. Un canapé non utilisable tellement il était sale, des mégot de cigarette entre les coussins.
