60th Birthday celebrations with friends

Had a lovely weekend. The accommodation was fab. Very comfy beds. Everything there that we needed. Plenty of room for 5 of us. The host Nick was fantastic and so friendly. Ended up being a last minute booking but everything was so easy and smooth he couldn't do enough for us. So a massive thankyou and would highly recommend. Also very central to Cardiff a quick 5 minute walk and you're there ready to enjoy from restaurants to shopping. Anyone looking for somewhere very central. This is definitely the place to book.

Great location, central and literally opposite the Principality. Host also very responsive and helpful, felt like he really cared about our stay.

Beds are a little uncomfortable, but can’t complain for a cheap place to rest your head after a night out.

Communication was brilliant. Nick was incredibly attentive and helpful. The location was amazing- a few minutes walk to the main train station and town centre. We went to a concert at Cardiff Castle and were back in the apartment within 15 minutes.

Amazing location for gigs!!

Location was perfect for the Oasis Gig for our family and the station. Ease of access and Nick was excellent with communication.

New pillows needed really, but beds were ok as a place to get your head down.

This host seriously violates privacy policies by demanding sensitive personal data (ID/credit card copies) and poses fraud risks. Despite raising safety concerns, they responded with rude communication and refused to refund full payment, even though we couldn’t stay due to security reasons. Their unethical practices and lack of accountability are alarming. Strongly advise future guests to avoid this property and verify all terms meticulously.

Nice property and decent location!!

A nice and spacious place!! Host was super helpful and responsive, given our late booking. We used this as a base to explore Brecon Caves and Waterfalls, approx 1.5hr drive. Close to local restaurants and city road. Perfect place for our visit.

Parking isn't the best, given it is opposite the stadium, especially on match day. Our visit overlapped with one (Saturday) and traffic wardens were up early. I had to move the car before 11am or else would get a ticket and on our return at 6pm we were told to park elsewhere and could only return to park after 10pm. Luckily the host had mentioned a free alternative 10 min walk away. Two small other suggestions would be to have soap/ shampoo available in the bathroom, even if it is the small hotel type wrapped soap or bottles. Also kitchen roll for the kitchen.

Location is amazing - 5 mins walk to the centre of town, but in a quiet location Nick was a pleasure to deal with throughout Met Jo the cleaner as I was early, and she did I great job as well.

Very responsive to all queries host even though he was on holidays, waived the deposit and the need to post a passport photo. I recommend

Fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Comfy, spacious apartment. We had a couple of issues when we arrived, but these were resolved immediately by the host. Sunday morning breakfast was provided by the fabulous riverside market just outside the front door.

Very clean and nice apartment, with two big flatscreen TVs and wi-fi. Nice facilities and good size apartment. It's just 5 minutes walk into the city centre.

The beds - a set of single beds, some of which are quite squeaky when turning in bed. 😊 There is no free parking, but you can park on the street (pay&display).
