I got a studio apartment that had its own kitchenette, so I made my own breakfast

The bedroom was so warm and comfortable however the kitchen was not heated so on mornings it was quite cold

Perfect for a couple, quiet, great room and comfortable bed. Ideal location and reasonable price.

For a night out, it was an ideal location which wasn't to close too the centre but not too far to not be able to walk. The building was very quiet and the fact the host doesnt allow parties is also a bonus. The bed was very comfy and the room was perfect for us at a reasonable price.

There was no Wi-Fi code but wasn't a massive put off.

Leisure Stay

Lovely quiet location, studios had everything we needed.

Rooms were smaller than pictures perceived, but still comfortable. Mirror in room 2 is badly positioned with no plugs close by.

Deffo use this again

On arrival, the smoke alarm was bleeping ( flat battery) within 5 mins following a phone call, the maintenance guy was there, job done. A perfect base for shopping in Cardiff.

First night in Cardiff

I wanted to share my experience of staying overnight in house 9. I didn't know until the last moment where we would stay overnight, whether in Bristol or Cardiff, so the room was booked while on the train, at approximately 7:00 p.m. At 8 p.m. we arrived at the Cardiff train station and walked to our apartment in 10 minutes. When I wanted to clarify the details about check-in, I tried to call, but the answering machine said it was out of hours, and the chat in the app was so slow and incomprehensible. We were a little confused about which apartment to go to because there are several houses for rent on the same street. We got into the house using the code from the electronic lock I haven't had a chance to use these locks yet. I felt a little embarrassed because there was no lock from the inside. So if I'm not the only one with the code, someone else could enter the room while I'm sleeping.The room had everything you needed.Everything was compactly placed in a neat and clean room. The kitchen had all the equipment if you were going to cook something. Also in a separate box we found tea, coffee and sugar. In the toilet, you could turn on the heated towel rail and take a comfortable shower, with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. There is a workplace where you can work, there is also a TV and in a separate small closet you could find an iron, ironing board, hangers and a hairdryer.I would like the socket to be closer to the mirror so that when you dry your hair you can see yourself in the mirror. In general, the room has a positive impression - it is clean, fresh, tidy and has everything you need. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful location to discover Cardiff and its Castle

A very good location to discover Cardiff. Our rooms were on the top floor. Beautiful maintained rooms with your own kitchen. Plenty of space. Clean room, bathroom and toilet.

Great convenient

Quiet and close to where we needed

Lack of parking facilities. Direction to the actual property. Clicked on the get directions from the email and went to 35. Thankfully there was a member of staff available to help, who was very helpful, and took us to the right building

Clean, cheap and cheerful 😀

Fortunately there was someone around to explain which room we were in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room and hallways absolutely spotless. Well equipped apartment and nice not to have to remember any keys or keycards.

The only feedback would be there’s no lamps or low lighting. Only the main overhead light which is very bright, or the bathroom light. Would have been better to have something by the bed. Also very hot, even with the fan on.

Fabulous accommodation in easy reach of the city centre for a stay in Cardiff- highly recommend

Really good facilities, the suite had a shower room and kitchenette which had everything we needed. There were tea bags, coffee sachets and milk portions in the fridge too. It was extremely clean and comfortable with a view across the river to the Principality stadium. Once we had unloaded we moved our car to Fitzhamon embankment where we park for free overnight (6pm-8am) and then pay by app to park until 11 when we checked out. Literally a 5 minute walk to the city centre.

Not far from the city center, close to castle. Good WiFi, Netflix. I spent an evening working from my room.

Very basic room for over 100 GBP. It was hot but the windows only opened one inch. There is no reception. No bag storage. You communicate with them via messaging and get a response after 20 mins.

AMAZING apartment! Really impressed and good price to stay!

Got upgraded to the queen apartment which was really lovely! The location was perfect just outside the stadium and the price of the apartment was amazing! Would definitely stay again! Really impressed!

We didn’t receive our code to get in the apartment when we were meant to so had to wait outside for a little while and managed to speak to someone who worked for the company. Not sure what we would have done if we hadn’t of bumped into him. He was very nice and helpful though and advised us we had been upgraded to a different apartment and showed us how to get in etc.
