Fairly instructional when it comes to check-in. You get everything through the app and or via SMS.
Instructions are very clear when it comes to checking-in and checking out.
It is an outstanding location if you don't mind going out for a walk to the city. It takes you about, approximately 10-15 minutes. Very cozy and wonderful location.
It's more of a personal feedback and preference but if you're ''unlucky'' there will be some noisy ''neighbors''. As I said, it's just a personal feedback on my end. Other than that, not much that I/we disliked. :)

The place was clean and very central, overall a really lovely place.
The toilet sink is very small and quite difficult to wash my face. And the shower could have a mat so it's safer and less slippery

My fave apartment in Cardiff. Slightly over my budget, but worth it! Great location. Always peaceful. Very spacious and comfortable.

Great location, common areas of property well maintained and lovely friendly staff.
Although it is a serviced apartment it was not clear when the room would be cleaned / checked in on to empty bins or replenish coffee etc so I had to contact the staff. I would have been fine to sweep/ wipe down the surfaces as they didn’t visit every day but no facilities given for this.
Information given wasn’t always accurate. A do not disturb sign would have been useful. Facilities on listing not accurate, there was a microwave but not oven. There was also no information in the room on how to use the washer dryer so I had to find the manual on Google.
Generally a great place to stay but felt expensive when I was having to request things all the time.
