Not a bad location for what we needed & the price, but feel the place needs an overall & some TLC.

After travelling Europe in small hotels it was nice to have more space & our own bedroom, with a kitchen to make our own breakfast & larger fridge etc. Location wise it was ok, bit of a hike to the city & train station but that’s ok. Not a lot to do in the immediate area but we found a super friendly local pub called The Grange which was great & food was awesome. Small mini-mart type shops in local area were handy for immediate supplies. Washing machine was handy as well.

All the beds were quite saggy & uncomfy, & squeaked like crazy just sitting on them or rolling over. The linen didn’t fit the beds properly (double flat sheet on a queen/king bed) didn’t even tuck under, so when you rolled over the linen all went with you. Carpet was quite stained & really needs replacing. The whole place was a bit tired throughout. The oven was not clean, lounge uncomfy & shower over the bath very slippery. A non slip mat in there would be handy as there is nothing to hold on to climbing in & out. Some extra supplies in the kitchen would be handy (like paper towel) - more toilet paper needed for multiple people on longer stays.

Large Family party of 10 staying

Lovely big spacious property. Only one toilet but even with 10 of us wasn’t a huge issue. Wi-Fi connection wasn’t the strongest, however there were lots of us connected to it so could just be the amount of people using it. Great location, everything you could need in walking distance. Amazing hosts who went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had an issue at around 10pm and the host, and the person managing the property were easily contactable and fixed the issue immediately. Would definitely recommend and it’s an absolute bargain for what you get included! Even a washing machine!!

A much needed relaxed short holiday in a City we love visiting.

So close to take aways, restaurants and a great bakery called Bruntons a block down. Very easy access to Cardiff Bay by car or walking. Close to the River Taff which we love having a stroll by.

Traffic noise and noise from the locals who are out and about till early hours of the morning. The front of the property vibrates when a bus or lorry drives past but got used to it.

Fantastic apartment

Beautifully decorated with every facility you could need. Owners were friendly and very willing to help out with recommendations. Good location, only a short walk from the city center. Very comfortable beds and overall nice and clean. We were very impressed and this property made our bank holiday getaway even more special, would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Cardiff.

Glassware was a little dirty but nothing that wasn't easily resolved (also one broken glass left in the cupboard). Smell of cigarettes upon arrival however after a bit of airing it became barely noticeable. Also didn't seem to be a lock on the bathroom door.
