Lovely looking apartment with everything you need.

The place was very dirty. Sofa covered in dirt and no spare quilt for sofa bed. When we arrived the electric wasn't working. No storage for clothes or hangers for coats.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa and bed. Nice bathroom with a spacious shower. Good location for city centre - about 20 minutes walk. Nearby are shops and takeaways. The owners checked to ensure all was as we wished. Great security.

A home away from home. Absolutely lovely place. Next time I visit my family back in wales know where il be staying

It was a lovely property. It was like having a second home it was so comfortable so inviting.

Can’t really say we had anything we didn’t like about it. Only thing we I could really say is we wasn’t very happy to wake up in the morning to a very strong smell of cannabis which I’m assuming someone was smoking in another apartment in the building. As you could smell it more strongly as we opened our door to go out on to the staircase but a bit of febreze air freshener and all was good.

Great for a short stay in Cardiff

Location was great, close to city centre and was great to have use of kitchen facilities. Plenty of residential streets close by for parking. Easy to get access and the hosts messaged to make sure no issues

Bed and sofa bed weren't the most comfortable but was fine for a few nights. Bring your own tea and coffee (not really a negative, it just had not occurred to us!)

A bit happy

The location flat 4 was clean.

The sofa beds were uncomfortable the bedding in flat 5 had not been washed it smelt sweaty, there wasn't enough towels in flat 4 for the people staying in there. They should be tea coffee milk available as you pay enough to stay there.

One bedroom plus kitchen with sofa bed

A newly-renovated place in an old building close to City Road. All appliances and furniture were new and it was well-cleaned. It was a self-check-in place so we didn’t meet any staff, but the person we communicated with on WhatsApp was super-helpful and quick to respond.

We managed to make ourselves comfortable for one night, but calling this a two-bedroom apartment is a bit misleading. There’s one bedroom with barely enough space for a small double bed and a kitchen with a sofa bed (which we had to make up ourselves) It’s pretty cramped to be honest. I pity anyone who thinks this would be suitable for a longer stay with family. I’d call it a one-bedroom place in the description.

Clean but needs some improvement on staffing

The property was very clean

I had asked a few days prior for the sofa bed to be made up with bedding and for the property to have towels for all 4 people as this this hasn’t been provided before In another air bnb, this however was not done and I had to contact them to get towels which was brought to us within an hour. We also had a very bad experience with the neighbours and when contacted the owner, he said there wasn’t much he could do.
