Relaxing due to location and peaceful setting, but couldn’t sleep due to mattress. Bits in water occasionally and went

It was in a lovely peacful location. Sauna was goid.

Bed very uncomfortable. Cleaning was not up to scratch and wondered was electric safe? Oven kept tripping everything after 10 mins and sauna dubious??

Enjoyable, comfortable lovely house in a lovely city.

Lovely house, ideal for visiting the City or walking to the Harbour. Well equipped, warm and comfortable for our stay in November. Bonus to have a car parking space on the street outside.would definitely stay there again.

We are not at all satisfied with our rental at "Lovely Coach House at 4 Universal Street Cardiff." First of all, the photos on the website are misleading, the cleanliness is far from satisfactory, and the sewer odor is very unpleasant.

Bathroom seemed new. Only thing in the property that was clean.

Filthy, dirty, smelly, neglected and unsafe. There are two many photos to attach here it was just disgusting.

The heating and shower made the stay fine and the quiet location near the city centre was good

Great heating and close to city centre. We walked,went by bus or taxi leaving the car outside the coach house.

The entrance area was very poor with the path very slippery due to overgrown weeds and plants. The lock was difficult to use although Mike suggested using the other door. It was a concern and made a very negative arrival .

Close to the shopping centre

Needles left in bathroom bin, very dangerous, blood stained tissues. Slugs in the kitchen. Unusable roasting tins 2 burners out of 4 working. Dirty linen left from previous guests. Fridge door not shut properly and freezer full of ice. Sheets don't fit bed, no mattress protector. Only 1 hand towel between family per stay, same for bath towels. Would have been nice for privacy from neighbours, curtain at both of the doors in living area, no small lamps Only big lights.

Superb

The house is spacious and it was very clean when we arrived. The communication with Mike, the host, was optimal. We had free parking and it was easy to get the keys from the locker. Position is very good: close to the city centre and station. For dog owners, there is a nice dog park very close to the house! I will certainly come back!

Good value for money & close to the stadium.

The location was close to the station & the stadium for the rugby & very good value for money. Mike was very helpful with all the information required for our stay & we will be using this establishment again.

The only small pick up points I would say are that the mattress on the beds are memory foam to which we are not use to so sleep was a bit disturbed but like I say that might just be us not use to them. The place is clean on the surface but when you look a bit closer it could do with a deep clean of all areas.

Smell of damp downstairs. Would have appreciated complimentary milk. No mattress protector on bed.or pillows 4 of us in the house would have liked a hand towel each not one between us. Outside space needs tidying up.

1) The location is perfect as It is very near the city center and foods stores; 2) The house is neat and tidy; 3) Very good to have coffee, tea pot, cooking oils, washing powder, bowls, etc inside the house.; 4) The beds are comfortable and there is a big table for dinning.

1) Two snug were found under the microwave; 2) Two stoves did not work properly; 3) The hot water tap of the sink sounded horrible after switching on; 4) Rubbish is full inside the outdoor two wheels plastic bin at the little garden which attracts flies when we arrived.

Property good value for money but noisy area

Good central location and handy parking permit. Property was clean and well equipped.

Neighbours were noisy until the early hours both nights of our stay which was annoying. The days we stayed there was a heatwave so not possible to shut windows. Property could benefit from having some fans to use. Fridge door didn't shut properly so we had to prop a chopping board against it. Freezer box was completely frosted up.

Lockbox easily located. Parking location was street parking and parking permit was provided. In a central location, that was highly appreciated. Living space was cozy. Ample amounts of dishes, glasses and cutleries provided which was convenient.

The stairs were quite narrow so it would not be convenient with large luggages.

Excellent location Lovely host, very responsive Clean bathroom and very modern Main bedroom is beautiful and full of light

Only received 1 bath towel per person for 4 nights Bedding didn’t fit well and mattress kept getting uncovered Kitchen tap warm water didn’t work well Was kindly offered a high chair free of charge however it was dirty and white straps were stained brown Oven dishes were old and not usable Most items were cleaned however the place was quite dusty
