Spacious, clean, and good value - great for a group stay and close to the centre.

The property was great value for money for a big group. There was plenty of space for the five of us, it was clean, the pool table was a fun bonus, and it was only a short walk from the city centre.

The on-site parking wasn’t available as the lock had been changed and we didn’t have the passcode, though we did find nearby street parking as it was the bank holiday weekend. One of the beds had broken slats, which we reported to the owner. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work, so we relied on 5G.

It was a good place to stay for a work trip.

Great location, secure parking and hot tub was a real bonus.

The mattresses weren't great, particularly the main bed in the front bedroom. The lower bunk bed doesn't have enough height for anyone to comfortably sleep in it - my 11 year old felt like she was too enclosed so had to share with us.

We enjoyed staying in the property. The hot tub was well used and fun.

The property could do with some updating-needs a bit of TLC. The frontage needed tidying and cleaning. The pool table area suggested that it was more suitable for a group of lads although our granddaughter (aged 9) enjoyed using it. The back yard is bare-maybe a few pot plants would brighten it up.

Fantastic central location

The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and there was plenty of room for 11 of us. The house was immaculate on arrival. Easy location to find and secure parking. Really quick walk to the centre of Cardiff.

Booked for workers who were very happy with this accommodation. To note they charge a hefty deposit

My workers seemed very happy with this accommodation and have stayed a couple of times. It has a good location for our project so they could walk in and the pool table was a great addition. They particularly liked the social aspect - being able to cook and dine together and having the space to spend their evenings together.

I wasn't happy with such a hefty deposit. I book an awful lot of accommodation and never get asked for £500 deposit. This is more than the property cost and I feel disproportionate and it takes a while to return it and they couldn't roll it over for subsequent week which was annoying. I appreciate the property managers want more but this should be stated in the information prior to booking as it was a shock the first time I booked it.

Great location in walking distance of the city centre. Two enclosed parking spaces. Nice dining area.

Kitchen was under equipped (cheap pots/pans, a capsule coffee maker and tiny toaster not suitable for large groups,)

If the host had a number that we could have had spoken to, but the email was well explained and had no issues on entering the property.

Location (walking distance from the Municipality Stadium, where we were attending a show and in a quiet neighbourhood) Plenty of rooms, comfortable clean beds.

Only one bathroom for four rooms. Overall the house was a bit worn down. Getting into the property was a bit of a problem. 500 pound security deposit was unexpected and still not sorted out yet. Getting to contact the host was not easy and at times very frustrating. Made me wish I had taken a hotel instead.

Disappointed

It was spacious for large groups and families or friends travelling and wanting to stay together. Nice hot shower in the upstairs bathroom.

I think the property needed quite a bit of updating inside. Whilst the pictures looked very good unfortunately when we got there it was disappointing. The front of the house and the entrance certainly needs a lot of work. The whole house could do with a nice coat of paint I think. The bedsheets just seemed very dated. I think some bright coloured bedsheets would have made a big difference but they all just looked so dull and miserable. I think the back garden could be made a lot more homely especially if travelling with children.

A bed with no extras.

Location was ok. Private gated parking which is ok.

The house could do with a general tidy up and touching up. Iron burns on the carpets, paint falling off, banister needs fixing as it is loose from the wall and could be very dangerous with children. No safety glass in the doors which again I dangerous for children. Back garden was messy with a broken trampoline in. Not worth the overall money. TV didnt work properly so couldn't use it.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, haben uns schnell „zu Hause“ gefühlt

Wir waren als Familie (6 Erwachsene) für 4 Nächte in Cardiff. Das Haus liegt in einer typisch britischen Wohngegend, sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral, 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Castle, 15 Minuten zur Fußgängerzone und vielen Pubs, eingezäunter Parkplatz über die Vermieterin anmelden (3 min zu Fuß entfernt), vorm Haus auch Parkplätze zum Ein- und Ausladen. Das Haus ist groß, gute Zimmeraufteilung: alle Schlafzimmer und 1. Bad im OG, Küche, Billiardtisch (richtig cool), 2. Bad, Wohn-Ess-Zimmer im EG. Küche groß, genügend Platz zum Kochen, großer Kühlschrank, Gasherd und Ofen, Waschmaschine und Trockner, genügend Geschirr und Töpfe/Pfannen. Jacuzzi haben wir wegen Zeitmangels nicht genutzt, wäre aber verfügbar gewesen. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin sehr schnell und unkompliziert über Booking-Chat. Alle Fragen zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen!

Es gibt keine Spülmaschine. Stört bei 4 Tagen nicht, weil es auch viel Geschirr und genug Platz zum Spülen gibt.
