Clean tidy easy to find

Was all good

The location was only 17 minute walk from Cardiff central station so easily walkable. The beds were super comfortable and the living room was spacious. Would come back anytime, specially with big groups because the house can fit quite many people in.

Kitchen was lacking some things that would be useful for everyone. And the apartment kinda shook every time a van went by because the floors looked very frail.

Good clean property

The beds urgently need to be replaced. They are either very unstable and wobbly, or the springs are already worn out, making it impossible to sleep comfortably on them. Guests are also expected to wash their own dishes and remove all used bed linen, including sheets and pillowcases. Additionally, reaching the second floor involves climbing a lot of stairs, and the stairway is very narrow, which makes it quite difficult and uncomfortable, especially when carrying luggage. BUT the owner is renovating so let’s hope he replaces all the beds and the sofa bed !

Spacious for 4 adults. Good and friendly phone communication from the property upon arrival, with clear enough instructions on access/property rules. Nice facilities, the shower was fine and provided a good water pressure and temperature. Towels were provided, bedding was comfortable. Location of property to nearby convenience stores (Tesco Extra/Premier) & a nice cafe over the road, with it being less than a mile away from Cardiff Central train station, makes it very convenient when visiting the city.

Flat below us (We stayed in Flat 2), did a great job of providing loud music well into the early hours (4-5am) of our first of two nights stay, which was far from ideal. Sadly reaching for some of the kitchen cutlery and plates etc, were found to need a clean prior to use. Not ideal, but not a big issue to just wash what you use before using. The property was way overpriced, to align with the arrival of METALLICA to the city, which is a shame, as while I'd happily pay a reasonable amount per nights stay in this property, it was definitely over priced for the standard the property is. Having said that, every other property do the same thing for big events in the area, so not necessarily a fault of the property, just the way it is for big events.
