Dirty and very unprofessional hosts

The apartment was extremely dirty plants sick with dust toilet sick of grime and mould all behind the kitchen was falling apart food all on the tiles and up the air fryer. The fridge freezer was smashed and dirty. And top everything off once I asked for a refund they emailed me with abuse.

Wasn’t the cleanest, Usually I would strip the beds after I’ve been anywhere out of respect for the cleaning staff but they literally told us we had to do that for them when the property wasn’t that clean to begin with

Great place but beware of possible deposit under 25

A lot of place, great view on street crossing

Before getting code you have to send your id and if you’re under 25 you have to pay deposit. This is ridiculous. I haven’t seen it anywhere else. We didn’t have any problems but this kind of rule should never be applied. I want to pay the price I see on booking and nothing else.

Flying visit

Well equipped, clean and great location, 10 minute walk to Principality Stadium and city centre. Extra touches that make travelling so much easier.

Parking is on street and restricted/busy. There is a one way system that is easy to get stuck in. We visited during rugby season and there were lots of road closures so plan ahead.

Ideal basic flat, not too far from the centre of Cardiff

The flat was plenty big enough. It had everything you needed for a night away. Close to a selection of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. Although the flat is on a main road, you can't hear much traffic noise. Beds were reasonably comfortable. I liked that there was tea, coffee, and sugar available.

The fridge freezer could have been in a better state. There was only 1 wine glass and definitely could have done more mirrors, especially a full-length one.

Underwhelming stay. Needs a good clean!

The flat was dirty. The bed sheets were soiled. Dust everywhere. Bits of mold dotted around the place. The water tasted strange, even after being boiled. My advice would be to get a cleaner in to the property after every let. Don't be a tight ass! Update: I noticed that the owners are on here disputing some negative comments. There are so many, is everyone lying?

Decent stay

Spacious, clean, everything you need. Customer service was amazing with the owners who were very helpful.

Beds weren't comfy, very springy. Walls are so thin you can hear everyone and the traffic around. You feel the apartment shake with traffic passing. The numbers were all written off on the cooker so we had no idea how use it, so we guessed. The shower wasn't the greatest but we got it working in the end. When moving the single beds together for my girls to share we did come across something that weren't present. A packet you can only imagine what packet

Okay for a short stay.

The beds were comfortable and bedclothes clean, although there was a dip at the bottom of the double bed. There was a decent cafe across the road.

Doors around the handles could have been cleaner. Also the bin itself. There were no facilities for recycling. We took ours with us. Although there were teabags, there was no coffee. No sharper knives for cutting bread or meat. No soap/ shampoo in the despenser by bathroom sink or in the shower. It's the little things.

For the cost, I would book again although there are some easily rectifiable issues.

The apartment itself is located in an ideal location, only a 15/20 minute walk into town. It was relatively clean & plenty of space for 3-6 people.

The mattresses desperately need replacing & no that isn’t down to preference, it is fact. The one single bed may as well not have had a mattress it was that bad. Pillows were also found stained upon stripping the bedding as requested which was just gross. The shower mat also needs changing as it is very grubby & tired. Whilst using the shower, it was discovered when adjusting the height of the shower head that the pole was not secured & needs replacing. Overall the bathroom could do with a small makeover. The kitchen had an odd smell on arrival but couldn’t work out what it was & the TV didn’t seem to be tuned or have an aerial plugged in, rendering it useless. Also need to advertise when booking that there is a £300 refundable deposit for those booking under 25 years old! To be told this on the day of refundable cancellation is unacceptable. Thankfully I was 25 on the day of check in as this deposit was over double what we were paying for the single night we stayed.

The floors were dirty. The flat was dated. Handles and curtain hooks falling off. Beds very uncomfortable (and broken). Sofa bed very difficult to pull out and broken. Toilet flush not working correctly. Shower drain poor draining. No tea towel. Oven dirty. Old sponge in kitchen.

Unfortunately, not the hosts fault, but the upstairs tenants spent the entire night into the early hours stomping around and making load noises.
