Cardiff flat 3 mins to city centre sleeps up to 6

place was spacious and clean

no microwave in the kitchen and the door in the toilet cannot be locked

Clean tidy easy to find

Was all good

The location was only 17 minute walk from Cardiff central station so easily walkable. The beds were super comfortable and the living room was spacious. Would come back anytime, specially with big groups because the house can fit quite many people in.

Kitchen was lacking some things that would be useful for everyone. And the apartment kinda shook every time a van went by because the floors looked very frail.

We were first confused with the £250 deposit we had to pay as we were under 25, but once we were woken up at 5am with the upstairs guests returning home, knocking our doors and kicking their own door in, it seemed incredibly logical. Refunded the deposit to us same day as checkout! Also the owners respond incredibly quickly to any issues, maintenance came within 30mins to fix the toilet. Although it still didn’t flush afterwards☝️ Also whoever kept their netflix logged in on there, cheers x

The toilet didn’t flush properly, or at all really. The mattresses were quite springy and worn. It’s also not technically 3mins from the centre unless ur willing to drive in or get public transport. Overall it’s just a bit of a run down property but it did the job on giving us somewhere to stay. Didn’t feel incredibly safe there due to the upstairs guests leaving front doors open (someone tried to break in because of them) and knocking on our door repeatedly. But that’s specific to us and the owners dealt with it efficiently.
