Central location, reliable wifi, best suited for 2 people

Reliable Wifi & fairly central location.

Property is not really suited for 4 Adults more so 2 Adults & 2 kids. Fairly full on check in process with "boarding pass" which is not released until official check in time. At check in found property was freezing cold with no heating on at all plus hot water was switched off, instructions to put the heating on are lacking & its basically work it out yourself plus we finally found the switch to put the hot water on, I messaged the hosts immediately but unfortunately didn't get a response back until the next morning. Facilities are basic but passable & rooms are small & don't allow you to have your suitcases open constantly during your stay. In the end it served a purpose however wouldn't book again.

Easy access to city by uber. Too expensive for what you get

It was nice that there was a tv in the bedroom as well as the living room. The check in and check out was an easy process

The heating didnt work well. The water pressure was terrible. There weren't any soft furnishings in the living room, the duvets were too small for the bed. The place wasn't clean and needed a good clean by us.

Good apartment but small tweaks could make this great

The location and style was good, a good base for a city visit

Temperature did not change the whole apartment was 26 degrees on what was already a 30 + degrees weekend stay and the temperature or air con was non existent, remained hot throughout advertised with board games which there wasn’t any, and tea and coffee bits but wasn’t any along with biscuits, if you’d come expecting them to be there you’d be disappointed however luckily we packed our own, no foil or cling film or anything to use when cooking and not much to was up with, key code stoped working so couldn’t lock the property on day 2 inconvenient as we then arrived late to where we were heading, called and had to get the key form the box to use instead,

Convenient for a pit-stop in Cardiff - especially if you're a football fan!

We needed a place to stay for a couple of days while some decorating was being done at home (in another part of Cardiff). This was ideal. Good to have on-site parking. Close to a park for the dog. Comfortable bed and sofa. Large fridge-freezer. Pleased to see consideration not just for general rubbish, but recycling too.

There were a few minor things needing maintenance - the management thanked us for pointing these out. It didn't affect our enjoyment of the property.

Nice apartment but could have been cleaner

Location was very convenient, very modern and bright apartment

Unfortunately the accommodation wasn’t very clean, cutlery and utensils were dirty, microwave hadn’t been cleaned and had to ask for washing up liquid to be delivered as there wasn’t any. The washing up sponge was also really worn down and old Could do with a improvement from the cleaner.

lovely weekend break for the rugby

It was modern and clean. loads of different cutlery that you may need. spacious rooms and warm for the winter months. great designated parking space too. lovely toiletries for you to use.

there's a train to get into Cardiff centre but wasn't working most of the time. I know it's not their fault just had to cater in it's a 30 min walk into the centre
