Good location, easy check in, comfy bed, appeared clean enough. 1 bed apartment felt a little snug, but fine for a short stay.

Couldn’t find enough glasses then found them dirty in the dishwasher which had a bad smell to it- cleaners obviously hadn’t checked it. Someone then set off the fire alarm at 7am, apparently trying to smoke inside one of the apartments, so we all had to stand outside in the cold which was made worse by the reception being closed over Christmas. Thankfully the fire service attended quite quickly.

Very good for couples! Has fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, which makes it really good for couples or families!

Comfortable apartment close to the centre

Property was modern with plenty of space. Each room had its own en suite which was ideal. The location is perfect with just a quick walk into town.

The car park is very very narrow and the spaces are set out so you can easily get blocked in by other guests

It was a fantastic stay, the apartment was ideal for us and the communication from Richard was excellent.

The property was clean, warm, cosy and had everything you need. The beds were comfy and lovely hot shower. And so close to the city centre.

The only thing that could be improved would be the sofas in the living area - more comfortable sofas would be lovely for a cosy night in!

The staff were rude and made me feel a way I didn’t like. Photos attached of how the property was when I left. Forgot to take photos of kitchen & living room. The one lamp shade fell off when I moved the lamp and the cover for the fan come off and marked/sliced my arm.

The location was nice, very easy to walk to and from the city centre and local coffee shops. Good size room Great communication pre stay Parking was available if required

Overall the apartment was tired with broken lights, dirty walls and the shower wasn’t overly clean. No soundproofing, very noisy doors so was woken up from 3am. Disappointing for the price

Leaking pipe make our two-nights stay quite adventurous 🫠

A hotel is decent. It's located within walking distance to the castle and the city centre, in a nice and safe neighbourhood. The room is spacious enough, and the Wi-Fi works fine. The staff is helpful, although you may have to wait to reach them.

We had a huge leak in the room - when we came into the room only the kitchen floor was a bit wet, so we thought it's after cleaning. But no, unfortunately. When I took a shower, the leak became bigger and it also appeared in the bedroom, UNDER the carpet. The carpet was therefore wet. We immediately contacted the host, but it took them a bit to respond. We had to wait for someone to come to our room and look at it (we had to change our schedule). They did provide a solution - they offered us a different room, but there was mould on a bathroom wall. Since I inspected the leak quite carefully, I'm pretty sure it wasn't the first time - the carpet in the room already had stains. It looks like they were just drying the carpet after every guests, without properly repairing the leaking pipe the floor under the carpet. We survived two nights, but I cannot recommend this hotel.

Great location

The apartment was well equipped and the location is great. All the fabulous restaurants and cafes in Pontcanna are near. The apartment is located next to the park and within the walking distance of the city centre. We will definitely return when we are next in Cardiff.

The previous guests must have smoked indoors as there was a slight smell of cigarettes. Bed was rather short and pillows not very comfy.

Good overall ,but building was SOOOOO hot!

No hand towels in our en suite room .No shower mat. Dirty bedding left in our room! And in the kitchen, well! A scouring pad CUT IN HALF how mean can you be ??

Great location. Communication could have been better

Location was perfect for us watching the cricket, also next to the park and going out into central Cardiff in the evening. Very clean, Cleaners were really helpful letting us in. Great facilities in the kitchen if you need them (we didn't)

I did not receive any codes, I spent 20mins on hold to the phone number given with no answer. Luckily the cleaners were at the building and were able to call another number and confirm our booking then verbally give us the codes we needed. Slightly noisy doors banging can be heard in the flat from the hallway
