Nice lay out. Comfy beds and good shower
Felt a bit unfinished in places. Missing plaster on bathroom ceiling, kitchen not finished nicely. Also, A4 frames with instructions all over the place made it feel clinical.

Well presented apartment, everything one could need, comfortable beds. Ideal location for our purposes, and very near a bus stop into city centre (no 11 bus).
No warning of steep (internal) stairs up to apartment and down into kitchen and bathroom, neither stairs had handrails - not suitable for those with mobility issues.
The bedrooms need storage space or hooks or chairs for clothes, and the bathroom needs towel rails and hooks.
The cleaner missed the spillage in freezer (but rest of apartment very clean)
Too many A4 unfriendly warning messages (12) posted on walls everywhere - just put it all in a welcoming handbook instead.

Overall very pleasant. It was clean everywhere except the kitchen. Several drawers weren’t clean, the fridge needed wiping out and one door shelf was broken.
The beds are rather soft but the bedding was great. We are both light sleepers and the street outside was quite noisy.
