A nice comfy stay
Great location, close to the city centre and Cardiff Bay. Handy shops within easy walking distance. The property was huge, spacious, and comfortable. It's great to have a pool table to fill in some time when not out and about and having a hot tub for my wife and children to take advantage of. They loved it.
As it's a Victorian property, there was plenty of character but also had creeking floor boards, broken tiles in hallway, bathroom window was a bit dodgy but closed fine, broken chunk on the living room door, lacked cutlery and only 1 bathroom, 2 would have been ideal.

An ideal house for families!
The location was perfect - within striking distance of Cardiff city centre. The space and pool table was great for the children etc. Any issues we had were addressed quickly and efficiently via the app with instructions and signage clear!

The place was smelly and dirty. We couldn't even find the place to start with. No house number on the address given. Overall it was a horrible experience
