We celebrated our son's 6th birthday in the garden in the evening, which was great. We really liked this flat. Because:
1. It has 3 bedrooms and they are clean;
2. It has a very good kitchen and all the necessary cooking facilities;
3. The sofas in the living room are very comfortable;
4. There is a hot tap in the garden and a table for sitting and eating, which is very beautiful in the evening with small lights.
5. It is very close to the city center.
The maximum temperature of the hot tap was 25 degrees, but we couldn't turn it up because the remote control didn't work. Even so, my two little kids got in the water and played for about an hour.

The thing that sets this apartment from the rest is the location. Directly opposite the stadium is brilliant.
- Unfortunately the apartment doesn't necessarily look like it does on the pictures. It wasn't very clean & I had to wash up the utensils/plates and clean the floor in the kitchen.
