2 Bedroom Apartment for up to 4 Nr Centre

It’s a modern property clean and has shade and is cool. We arrived on the hottest day of the year the late May bank holiday and stepping in felt cool and shady. It was perfect as we had clothes that needed ironing and there was an iron and also a hairdryer (which btw was the most beautiful hairdryer me and my daughter have ever seen) close to lidl literally under 5 minutes walk. Host always responded and was polite. Was hesitant about the £150 deposit but I can confirm the next day after checking out we received our deposit back. What I thought was very hospitable was host provided tea, coffee, sugar and milk as I was going to head to Lidl to buy all these things but didn’t have to.

Noting about the property was wrong apart from some damage looks like previous guests have done like minor things but didn’t affect the stay at all. There was a fire alarm safety check 10am in the morning which the host did previous day inform me about but I didn’t see the message so was a bit shocked to have people at the door but that’s my fault as I didn’t see the message the day before.

We’re not made aware of the location being mainly student accommodation. There was a lot of noise and dirt in the area.

We were not made aware that the location was mainly student accommodation. There was a lot of noise especially Friday and Saturday night. The area was quite a dirty area with food refuse on the walk ways. None of this is anything to do with accommodation management but could have made us aware. Especially as they knew we would have a young child with us.
