Was a lovely spacious building really nicely laid out staff were welcoming and helpful, had pretty much everything we needed :)
The only downside was that we had to wash up a few of the pans and the platter before using them as they had some sort of food on from the last people who stayed , there also wasn’t quite enough cutlery for 12 of us but other than that great stay and no complaints :)

Big apartment with great location. Clean and tidy.
There were not enough towels, and the bed linens we sought were found in the cupboard unorganized on the floor, making it impossible to discern between clean and dirty. Additionally, the Wi-Fi password was not provided. Poor communication.

Property was fine.
1. So much traffic noise from the outside as it’s on a corner. 2. There is a pub across the road and so much music and people chattering late night. 3. Bed mattress was too weak and uncomfortable. 4. Too much hot during peak summer and no fan/cooler available, although they were requested during the reservation. 5. No reply to any message to the landlord through booking.com chat. 6. Not suitable during summer with kids because the heat inside and noise from outside make them uncomfortable and they can’t sleep.
