Ideal for us. And our first choice next time
Clean, modern spacious and very tastfully decorated. Nice to have lots of little lighting in each room. Changed the ambience in the eve . Location fab for centre and also liked browsing the street. The staff was v responsive to our regular querries. Thank you very much.
The single matress is v springy.but I still slept well as everything else was Lovley. The pol table is t in theflat. I misunderstood. But it’s in the same building but in a pub section . Nice pleasant area for a drink

Had a fab 3 nights stay close to Cardiff centre
The location was very good . The layout of the apartment was fantastic. Only issue which is personal opinion would be mattresses were too soft but everyone has their own preference on a mattress so can't complain . Had a fantastic stay

Dirty apartment
The location was okay, 10min uber from the centre. Parking was an issue, the carpark opposite has a maximum stay of 5 hours so for 24hr parking you have to park elsewhere or be lucky to get on-street parking.
The cleanliness was the biggest issue. When we walked into the apartment it smelt very bad, we had to keep the windows open all weekend! The kitchen cupboards all had fingerprints over the front of them, and the cups/glasses/cutlery were dirty, we had to clean them all before we could use them. There were clumps of hair and dust around the bedroom floors, and all the windows and blinds were very dusty. When we were looking for bedding for the sofa beds, we found the cupboard by the front door to have some clean linen and some dirty linen that was just screwed up and thrown in there. There were also a pair of shoes left in the wardrobe from a previous guest. There was a broken dining room chair outside the front door which was just left there. The bathrooms were not clean either, the shower silicon was a pink/orange colour, the mirror was covered in water marks and splashes, the shower plug was clogged with hair.
