Won't be back - Dirty and Unkempt

Location was good

Entering flat to the stale smell of dishes that had been left in the dishwasher (left open ). Shower was scalding hot to use, couldn't adjust temperature of water Dirty wrappers left in bottom of wardrobe in the bedroom Just felt unclean Outside corridor smelled of smoke Overpriced for what it was

Great area but property needs attention

Brilliant location and, on the surface , a great flat. Friendly welcome

Grubby, not cleaned properly. Last person's rubbish in the cupboard No dishwasher tablets Door to outside unlocked although laminate says not to use as it's dangerous and has to remain locked. Both showers slow to drain, it was a race to wash hair before the water came over the tray. Windows filthy, surfaces sticky. Not acceptable at this price. Sofa low and uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs uncomfortable. Mattress needs replacing, every time I moved it squeeked. Very expensive for 2 nights when the cleanliness and drainage problems were bad..

Perfect location, beautiful apartment, would happily stay there again

I really appreciated the property being centrally located, making it convenient to access everything we needed. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished, although I did notice the cafetière was broken / unusable. The building was quiet and felt safe, which added to our overall comfort. During all my stay I felt like I was in the comfort of my own home

Unfortunately, there was zero access to the balcony, which was a feature we paid extra for. We were not informed that it wouldn’t be in use, and no discount was offered for this inconvenience. Additionally, the en-suite bathroom door was damaged; it looked as though it had been punched, which is a minor detail that definitely needs attention.

Location was good, sadly a few other tenants were very noisy

Unable to use the balcony, very noisy neighbours, strong smell of smoke in hallway, not the cleanest, only one free plug socket which was wedged behind the bed, bugs in the bathroom

Perfect holiday destination, my second time visiting - will be back!

The location is absolutely magnificient, the space is amazing! The size of the apartment, the comfyness of the beds - One of the bed was a little small but nothing that ruined anything! Wifi was absolutely amazing and the kitchen was fantastic

Really clean, bright and airy and spacious. Very well equipped. Location better than expected. Also a great view of the Millennium Centre from the balcony.

Couple of light bulbs out and one of the showers didn't work. I can't complain though as I didn't contact anyone to resolve it at the time.

It was a very enjoyable weekend, and apart from the seating, the apartment was ideal.

The location was excellent, close to the station to get into the city, and close to the theatre, which was the reason for our trip. Also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby

Not enough comfortable seating. The apartment slept 4 adults, but there was only one, very low and uncomfortable, 3 seater settee. This was a disappointment when we came back to the apartment to relax.

It was okay as a base

Perfect location, staff were incredibly efficient and friendly, beds were really comfortable!

The apartment was not clean upon arrival at all, we had to get in contact with staff to come and re clean parts. Seems very dated, and a lot was damaged that hasn’t been replaced, shower in the main bathroom did not reach the clip on the wall so had to hold it whilst cleaning, the tv didn’t even have bbc or itv on so couldn’t watch basic tv, the door handle on the bathroom is nearly falling off to made it really tricky to open and close, we couldn’t use the balcony as it was blocked off for “maintenance” and the fridge freezer and oven had the worst smell in it so we couldn’t use either.

Lovely stay. We are back again next weekend. Easy to access and leave. Next to restaurant, cinema, theatre, shops and a bus into the city is just 2 stops. A lift to the 3rd floor was appreciated

Great location.spacious flat.

Great accommodation, helpful staff. Very convenient for the city and the bay. Restaurants, cinema, train/bus routes, 2 supermarkets, the Millennium Centre all on your doorstep.

Not enough settee space - just a 3 seater for 4 people. There was a dining table and 4 chairs but they are not that comfy to sit on all evening. 2 springs tried to break out of the bed. Both of which the company picked up to sort on Monday.

Very acceptable apt. in a super position.

This apartment was is a great position near the attractive waterfront in Cardiff Bay, 1 min. away from the Millennium Centre Theatre and a min. to the bus stop for the regular bus service into the city centre. On the ground floor of this building there is a Sainsbury mini market - so handy. And, surprisingly, it was a very quiet area at night. It is a clean, comfortable apartment with a very well equipped, stylish kitchen and plenty of lights and sockets. There is a good sized dining table and 4 chairs. The 2 double beds and pillows were comfy and there is a good supply of toiletries and a handy kitchen pack too. One bedroom was en suite and there was also a separate bathroom with a bath.

A few things need improving:- There is only one settee in the living area so if more than 2 people stay here they will have to sit on dining chairs - not very relaxing to watch TV. The windows were very grubby and none could be opened for fresh air, but this was because work was to take place on the balcony. There's a problem with the water system - VERY noisy when the toilets are flushed ! In the bathroom there is a shower attachment but it does not fix onto the wall. The smaller bedroom was very crowded with furniture.

Good apartment with potential to be great with some new equipment and a deep clean

Location was great. Very comfortable and spacious apartment

The apartment is in dire need of a deep clean. We found popcorn between the sofa cushions, food debris in the living room rug, dust and dirt in the less accesible areas of the bathroom. The place had been surface cleaned but it wasn't enough. The kitchen was also equipped with only the basics, not even a roasting tray for the oven.

Bathroom smelled of mould. Shower leaked Iron board broken Iron was dirty Odd numbers of mugs and glasses Welcome pack included dishwasher tablets - but we had no dishwasher - and didn’t include laundry pods for the washing machine which was in the place.

Lovely stay

Room was clean and location was great.

The requested car parking vouchers were not there on arrival meaning we had to pay the full amount on the first day. Some were delivered for the rest of our stay following a call. Could not get the TV working. Room was pretty hot and we could not open the patio doors to let some air in, if there was a knack to doing this we failed.

Disappointing

It is central to Cardiff Bay

It was hard to find, rather than saying it’s opposite Q car park, which it isn’t, say it’s above Sainsbury’s. It was advertised as Apartment with Balcony but the balcony is unavailable, found in the small print!!!! Considering I booked in December 2024, the balcony choice should be removed from the advertisement as it’s misleading.The bathroom stinks of stale water and is very unpleasant. The fridge also stinks. The curtains are torn and skanky, I pulled the bedside cabinet out to use as a table and the floor has rubbish on it and the skirting board is dirty.

Expensive, not the cleanest, but spacious and well located

Location was nice, near to the port. The place was also very spacious. We also paid a lot, but the prices were higher than usual due to the Oasis concert taking place in Cardiff.

The instructions to enter were not clear at all, and communication with the help desk did not go very smoothly. Our apartment was not ready on time, and this was not communicated in advance. We had to wait for around 30 minutes before we could get in, and the cleaning seemed like it was done in a rush.

Perfect for graduation

The room was good for one night and had everything I needed. The location was perfect as it's a short walk to the train station, a small supermarket and bars and restaurants.

The other tenants were fairly noisy and played loud music late at night. I could also hear the lift from my room. For a solo traveller with a lot of luggage, the parking wasn't ideal in the multistory car park as it's a slight walk away and took several trips back and forth.

Fantastic location, very clean apartment, my partner uses a mobility scooter and access into the building and apartment was very good and easy.

Soft furnishings such as cushions, lamp shade and rug could’ve have updated, there was a piece of laminate missing on the kitchen worktop, and 2 dishwasher tabs were provided but we couldn’t find the dishwasher! Otherwise the apartment was great and we’d defiantly would come back again.
