Lovely balcony overlooking river . Very quiet location and within walking distance of mermaid quay . Soft towels and spacious bedrooms . Well equipped kitchen all clean and tidy . Liked bedrooms being either side of living space .

Underground car parking tricky until you use it for first time. Immediate area around apartments a bit run down. Beware of paying £40 damage waiver fee as it’s non refundable . Better to pay larger refundable amount when you get the option. Door locks not easy onto balconies .

Great location, with lovely views of the river. Property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms one en-suite, open plan living accommodation and the apartment was a good size. It has a well equipped kitchen, everything you need if you wanted to cater food at home. Bars and restaurants were plentiful and nearby. The apartment was in a secure complex and felt very safe.

Both sofas were uncomfortable and looked very worn and needs replacing. The wooden furniture in the lounge and main bedroom was very worn and needs replacing. Unfortunately the furniture let down the general satisfaction of the apartment overall. The apartment itself is lovely but the furniture and overall appearance lets it down. Charging policy needs to be clearer before booking. A charge is made for an early check in, which is unusual in my experience. There is also either a large deposit required to cover any damage caused by the renter, or a premium for insurance cover. Again I have not experienced this before and I am a regular user of booking.com.
