Convenient location in Cardiff Bay, 15 min walk from Mermaid Quay and the Wales Millennium centre, with a great food shop very close on Dumballs road (Cardiff Food Centre). Secure, gated residence with access to a gym and pool. Modern flat with good amenities (flat screen TV, iron and ironing board, microwave, clothes hanger).
Cleanliness very poor (thick dust under the bed, two condom wrappers behind the bedside table, oven covered in burnt splashes of food). Despite staying for 8 nights, I didn't get the extra cleaning and change of linen announced. Some of the e cheap, nonstick cookware was scratched and peeling. Only a tiny tube of dishwashing liquid provided, which may explain why none of the plates in the cupboard looked clean. But the location was ideal for me and I spent very little time in the flat. It could be perfect with the proper maintenance.

The home was cosy I really enjoyed it, it was tough finding the place when I checked in and walking to the. Complex without help that bothered me, a lovely Jenny helped me sort it all out in due time and after that we were all good
Only the Initial lack of help finding it and getting situated which given a massive complex some require not being familiar

Location was good for us, parking availability excellent
The kitchen equipment quite frankly was lacking, and the frying pans and baking trays were a healthy hazard at best! I purchased my own saucepan for scrambled eggs!
