Clean reasonably
Check-in staff didn’t know where it was. Parking spot was taken so had to take someone else’s which was concerning

Good location, easy access to Cardiff Bay and Cardiff centre (if you don't mind a little walk).
The flat was spacious, which probably helped with the heat.
The whole flat was outdated, nothing like the pictures on the site, especially the bathroom, windows where very dirty, mattress stained which always put me off and duvet riped. Could have done with some extra coffee and some essentials like bin bags and salt and pepper.
The Internet was very poor, and the door was hard to shut without slamming it, so it was not ideal when coming back from a gig at midnight.
