It was ok I’d say a 6.5/10, I enjoyed the comfort but the I tial setup to the comfort goes so far and when it’s late

The home was cosy I really enjoyed it, it was tough finding the place when I checked in and walking to the. Complex without help that bothered me, a lovely Jenny helped me sort it all out in due time and after that we were all good

Only the Initial lack of help finding it and getting situated which given a massive complex some require not being familiar

Location was good for us, parking availability excellent

The kitchen equipment quite frankly was lacking, and the frying pans and baking trays were a healthy hazard at best! I purchased my own saucepan for scrambled eggs!

Good place to stay but spoilt by the smell and cleanliness

Great location, big apartment, but lacked basic kitchen items

Good location near the marina precinct, large bedrooms, comfy beds

There was a lack of basic kitchen items (no tea towel, no dishwashing liquid, no tablets for dishwasher, no sponges to wipe benches or dishes, no can or bottle opener - basic kitchen items that should be there for a self contained apartment) We sent a message but received no response as it was a Sunday.

Clean no frills flat

Location was good with short walks to Cardiff Bay and the City centre itself. being a gated community meant that your car was secure. Flat was clean so no issues there.

Expensive for what it is, which is basically a place to sleep as the facilities were basic at best. I wouldn't necessarily stay here again if there were hotels available, but a good backup option if no other choice. The flat gets very hot in the summer and there were no working fans in the property.

Very very disappointing

Large rooms

Spartan decoration and a lot of things that were just substandard for an average rent let alone a premium rate they charge. I reported one issue and a lad came quickly with the bin liner but having listed all the issues and invited the manager to visit and see in person no one came along. Amongst the issues are the kitchen unit door (see photo), something brown sprayed on the kitchen wall to the right of the wall units (see photo), dirty baking tray (see photo), dirty balcony (see photos), the blind in the lounge was broken and unusable so couldn't keep the evening sun out of the room. The dishwasher cutlery tray had broken holes in the bottom so cutlery just fell out into the bottom of the dishwasher, no oven gloves, odd glass shelves in the fridge, appears to be missing door tray in the fridge, hob top has something burnt on it, cracked bath side, broken/missing sealant to bath, very wobbly lights in bedroom, only 3 mugs supplied, cafetiere broken, broken clothes airer, dirt on skirting. Don't get excited when you see the Sky box as there is no paid subscription so stick with the Freeview, at least its not one of those recent 'smart' TVs that are so annoying. An example of the spartan nature of the apartment is the lack of coasters to put drinks on and no toilet roll holder in the bathroom. This could be a nice apartment but decoration, lack of equipment and broken items lets it down.

**AVOID** The flat stank so bad of a musty homeless smell we couldn’t use the lounge and had to keep the door shut. The balcony had mould and was unusable The sink blocked and we had no help despite asking and promised someone who visit but they didn’t I tried ringing to complain but emails ignored The flat was clearly used to house homeless previously - stank and could tell evidence of prior drug use there. DO NOT BOOK

Acceptable but a bit run down apartment for a few nights stay in Cardiff

Good location, not a long walk into the centre . Easy instructions from the concierge who was friendly and polite ( was made aware that doesn’t work for urban space ) . Apartment was spacious enough for two people. View out into the river was lovely

Threadbare carpets , broken window safety arm and cleaning wasn’t to a great standard in bathroom. Just looked a bit ran down and could do with revamping , it was also very warm in the apartment there was a fan but it not very efficient Was in a bit of a rough area , understandable why it’s a gated complex

Lousy service, misleading information.

The service throughout was appalling. We were supposed to receive details of the apartment and directions several days beforehand, but despite my emails requesting this, never received a response. I had to call to find out what the details were, from a very surly manager. On arrival, we found that the reception desk is separate from the property company, and they were unable to help with our booked and paid for parking space or location. Eventually we were given an emergency parking space, a very long distance away from the apartment. We were given no directions as to where to find the apartment, and ended up having to drag our luggage up four floors and through countless corridors before we found our accommodation. We are elderly with health problems. Later we found these problems could have been prevented if we had been told of the lifts in a neighbouring block of flats. We had booked a riverside apartment, but instead we had a balcony facing an urban square with several other highrise blocks. There was no password given for the WiFi, the response from the deputy manager was extremely slow. On the day we were leaving, we had booked and paid for late check-out. Nevertheless we were disturbed by the cleaners, who had not been informed of our late check-out. Once home, I contacted the company to tell them about our problems, we never received a response. It all left a very sour taste.

Will not be returning

Living room space and small kitchen

My pre booked car parking space had been taken by someone else . Wasted about an hour driving around looking for it . Had to find another space wich was in a different block and carry my luggage from there . Workmen drilling in the corridor outside my room . Staff very unhelpful , refused to issue a refund for my pre-paid car parking space, they said it was out of their control. Accomodation was a 20min walk to city centre and about 10mins from the bay . I will not be returning , will stay in a hotel in city centre next time .

Great location, great apartment, could have been cleaner but overall a great place, would stay again

Great location, concierge team were great and really helpful. Apartment was large. Bed was very comfy.

Could have had some washing up liquid to wash up, instead of us having to go and purchase some. It could have been cleaner, the windows were very dirty. The kitchen and the cookware were dirty. The cleaning needs checking to ensure it is done to a set standard but it didn't spoil our stay and we would absolutely stay here again. I'd just take some cleaning stuff with us.

A lovely warm weekend with friends!

Property was in a great location, very modern clean and great for our group.

The balcony concerned us, wood looked like it was rotting in places. Stopped us using it which was a shame on such a warm weekend. Also window not working in one bedroom which meant extremely warm room over a heatwave weekend. Did not affect the overall quality of our stay though.

Clean comfortable bed and great view.

Ridiculously hot and the fan left doesn’t really work at all. Threadbare, badly stained carpets. Broken window latch and top bit of door to the point you couldn’t open the door when you got there and my husband had to squeeze through.

Ok. Not Value for money

Clean apartment. Good for 2 people to stay comfortably.

The apartment was nothing like the one displayed in the listing. It had no view, felt a little run down. No body wash was provided and they expected the dishes to be cleaned by the guests before leaving. It was very hot, and the table fan provided was not working.

- Deceptive photos of the apartment - was shown photos of a river view and balcony and in the end got a ground floor with brick views, Was very disappointed - don’t give enough tea to last the duration of the stay - mattress was awful - hard to locate the keys which were not with Conceirge Poor communication from staff about checking No option for choosing step free access All dinnerware stained and unpleasant to use

Lovely apartment needs a bit of love

Lovely modern apartment.

Apartment - main bedroom needs more furniture/drawers/chair/mirror and hairdryer. Second bedroom drawers need moved cannot pass between bad and drawers. The window/door does not open, making the room very warm. Hairdryer heats up and cuts out and has also not been pat tested since 2020. The lounge door to the balcony does not lock. Balcony needs cleaned and boards replaced. The kitchen toaster handle needs attention. No basic information on paper, map, and basic shop/ restaurant info would be good. Don't get me wrong, all basic things and apartments are nice, secure, and central

It felt like a relationship had split up and whoever left the premises had taken all the movable items and just left the heavy things . . no pictures, no ornaments, no cushions . . a really cold (not temperature) feel to the place, not homely or welcoming in the slightest Faults Shower head broken on vertical rail Sink in bathroom blocked Stained toilet Ceiling light in kitchen not working Ceiling smoke alarm in kitchen not working on test button Ceiling light are 5 bulb design. The ones that work all have bulbs out Living room windows dirty to the outside Black leather sofa dirty and stained Mattress springs worn / broken Good location 10 mins walk to pubs etc of Cardiff Bay . . 30 mins walk into the city

Unsatisfactory.

I did not like staying in a filthy room. Everything was dirty in the room. Cobwebs, sticky door handles, dirty and greasy sockets. Dirty dusty wood trims and skirting boards. Cloudy mirrors, shower glass full of lime scale, mouldy grout in shower. All corners in bathroom not cleaned including ledges and floor. Toilet not flushing properly. Water going down face sink very slowly. Hair in wall, tap and toilet. Cooker hood and sockets greasy. Hob dirty. Kitchen utensils dirty. Television had smare on it. All glass furniture in lounge was dirty. Balcony unable , trip hazard near Balcony door. Stale unpleasant odour in the apartment, greasy odour in kitchen area. Staff hard to reach. The only good thing about the apartment was the clean sheets and towels.

Mouldy room with misleading description

The amenities are sufficient.

I've stayed here before and got a lovely room like the pictures that was clean and had a balcony with a table and chairs outside and a view. Imagine my surprise when I got a mouldy apartment and a small walkway "balcony" instead of the advertised pictures. I wouldn't have spent the extra for the balcony if I knew I'd be eye level with other residents. I bought up the aforementioned issues and they said "we'll look into it" knowing it was Friday and they don't work weekends, I never heard back from them. Considering urban space seems to be a complete dice roll I don't think I'd stay here again.

One shower didn’t work, only 3 mugs and no wine glasses. However, staff did respond quickly and sort this. Sofas were a bit grotty.

Stay was peaceful. I wouldn't stay again with the issues we found.

Location was good. Apartment was large and felt safe.

The apartment needed attention. The kitchen window was filthy inside and out. Black mould on windows, bath and shower. Behind the tv also needed cleaning. Cooker needed replacing. I paid extra for a filthy balcony which was unusable, also not in the best of positions, nothing like what the pictures show. I really don't think people should be paying extra for it.
