A convenient and spacious bungalow with a useful garden which needs a bit more regular maintenance .

The bungalow was spacious and bright, and very conveniently placed for our relation's home. The heating was good, and the garden and proximity to several open spaces were great for our dog(although see below for notes about the state of the garden) .The area was quiet and friendly, with shops for essentials within reasonable distance. We appreciated the use of the iron, ironing board, microwave and radio, and the 2nd television in one of the bedrooms, which worked properly.

1.The TV in the sitting room did not work properly- faulty remote control? 2. There were only 3 forks in the kitchen, no colander, only 1 tea towel and no hand towel in the kitchen. 3. The supply of tea bags, coffee and milk sachets etc was minimal. 4. No salt or pepper supplied. 5. No mattress or pillow protectors on the beds. 6. 2 of the 4 dining chairs had frayed/broken seats. 7. There were lots of cigarette butts, bits of broken plastic and metal etc amongst the slate chippings in the garden, plus an open bag of sand which had spilled over in one corner. We had to clear the broken metal and plastic odds and ends to make it safe for our dog to walk on. 8. A small token of Christmas would have been nice for a Christmas visit! 9. We found other people's shower gel and cream in the bathroom, and a very dusty single motorbike glove under the sofa bed! 10. The central light in the sitting room flickered a lot, and neither of the lights outside the french doors in the sitting room nor the front door worked at all. We left a note for the cleaner with most of these points in, but feel someone should check lightbulbs, TV remote controls etc on a regular basis to ensure everything is working properly Also, there were several areas with damaged paint (green) in the sitting room which could be touched up easily between guests to maintain a high standard.

Great location, comfortable & good for my disabled mum.

Had someone with mobility issues staying with us and it was easy for them to move around, the bathroom was close to one of the bedrooms & the beds were a good height & comfortable. There are a couple of steps in and out of the front door but it looked like there was possibly wheelchair access from the back door. The disabled guest was capable of going up and down a few steps so it was great for us. Easy location to catch transport to city centre and quiet & comfortable.

My bed was a little too soft and we were nervous about the on street parking as we had 2 cars. Also I'm not a fan of the security deposit situation but I completely understand given the location!

Large property and very homely.

Tried to charge an extra £195 refunded after 7 days prior to property inspection. I didn't pay so had a visit from the property management. He was nice and didn't insist on the payment however, ive never stayed anywhere before where this has been a check in requirement!!!

A great find!

Spotlessly clean. Well kitted out kitchen. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Heating was on for my arrival. Quiet location. Good transport connections nearby. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Terrible communication.

• Good location • Spacious

• Lack of communication from staff ! During my stay it took a while to get any sort of response from staff on two methods of contact. I have tried to message them after my stay to give an opportunity to rectify their mistake. Two weeks and it still hasn’t been sorted therefore I will leave it on here. • Ask for a deposit after you make your initial payment but house still has visible wear and tears! Checked in at 7pm and the whole building was cold. Windows left open. Thermostat dial on the wall damaged by previous visitors. Unfortunately we must have been the first visitors to stay when the weather started changing. The radiators was turned off via the boiler system. The number shown on booking confirmation takes ages to get through and isn’t a 24hr working line. We was given code to get into boiler room but still couldn’t figure it out. No temporary heating offered. Had to chase it next morning at 8am. Nobody came out till 2pm. This was already my last day here. Considering you ask for a deposit the least basic thing you can do is provide portable heaters and fans for your guests like most airbnb’s I have stayed at. When I opened the boiler room after a code given by Sanjo.. a hair dryer was found inside.. why is this not provided for your guests anyway? If I had a young child with me I would have vacated the property and ask for a full refund.

Reasonable location, roomy, off street parking.

Damage from past renters, only 2 towels for 4 people (hosts were quick to get extra towels and temporary internet), internet was down but had to ask about it.

Cosy stay

About a 20 min walk to principality stadium, good to avoid the concert traffic! Cosy and the ceiling fans were such a huge help in the summer

Was all good, towels were found in the wardrobe of one of the rooms which we had to find but not really an issue. Painting in the living room was a bit worn but nothing major.

The photos don't match the property

We arrived at a tired looking house (lots of weeds), and the key code was a bit temperamental when we arrived but this didnt take long to sort after a call to the agent.. After entering the property we realised the photos were definitely old as the paint was very damaged, the ceiling had been replastered very badly and a garden full of weeds and cigarette butt's! The mirrors were dirty, the shower had not been cleaned as there was soap residue all over the glass and the shower trap was Black and full of hair. This was cleaned after a call to the booking agent. Unfortunately the house was cleaned to a very low standard, dirty floors and skirting boards. The kitchen draws were dirty and it lacked essentials like a seive, jug and grater. The welcome pack had been missed but this was added when the cleaner came to sort the bathroom. The beds are quiet small and lacking matress protectors but they were comfortable.
