Beautiful apart with everything you need in a great location.

Amazing staff that answered each and every question thoroughly through WhatsApp with a quick response time, lovely clean apartment with comfy beds, streaming services, great bath and every utensil needed for cooking etc.

Just wished for a few more toilet rolls and an extra pillow.

Smart clean apartment in a good, handy, location

Good location with lots of restaurants nearby. Smart apartment and well equipped. Clean and spacious with a large fridge and decent crockery etc.

Minor maintenance issue with the floor in the living room. Needs a full length mirror in lounge or bedroom. Bathroom door rather snug with the sink!

Modern, well equipped, excellent communication, perfect for work at Cardiff uni heath campus

Parking is nightmare - this isn’t the properties fault though but just something to consider if deciding to drive. I had an issue with the shower not draining and filling up but the owner was very responsive and had I been there longer it would have been fixed.

Easy access to Bus stop and local to co-op and sainsburys. Parking was outside, free - bonus. Soft towels Access videos were brilliant and informatiative.

Fridge was very smelly - old feet. Bed was so very uncomfortable and pillows were really old and flat. Person in the flat above had elephant footsteps that drummed through you at all times of the day and night. 7.30 vacuuming was not appreicaqted in the morning. Night time activites went on for hours

A comfortable and modern space, with a few points around the area and upkeep.

The layout of the apartment was great and the appliances/facilities were very modern and new. I also didn't hear any noise from other guest/outside during my stay. Overall it was a very cosy accommodation. I also loved how the wasn't a "manual" for everything the guest had to abide to during their stay, it made me feel much more relaxed.

The walls were quite "beat up" in every room - marks, scratches, patches etc. There were also stains on some of the blankets/pillows and the bed headboard. The immediate neighbourhood felt less secure than I expected. I felt a bit anxious moving through the area, especially at night, so guests who are sensitive to that may want to keep it in mind.

And now they are refusing to return deposit and haven't gave a valid reason but late check out less then a hour. Tried Corresponding with them and have nothing but. Rude and cheeky replies clearly some sort of scam to double the price of there rental Very unprofessional and poor customer care property was left clean we only used 2 wine glasses But still refused to return deposit

A homely modern executive apartment .

Clean , modern , spacious with outstanding kitchen facilities. A home from home to relax and enjoy . Particularly liked the coffee machine ! Sainsbury’s round the corner for top up shop and plenty of nice restaurants

The bed base was broken and bed unsleepable. Sponge mattress about 10 cm thick, had to move mattress to the floor and sleep on the floor

We loved the decor and that it felt spacious even though it was a small apartment. We felt safe and secure in the apartment block.

The property felt quite warm but the fans were appreciated and we loved the french doors!

Good location. Easy access to the property. Clean and tidy apartment with everything you need. Free street parking and we managed to find a space across the road with not too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Cardiff

Good location, easy to find, and dropped on with street parking nearby. Property was excellent, good facilities, spacious, clean and all in good order.

THE BED... awful! I'd rate the property 10/10 if it weren't for the bed. The mattress is wafer thin, and the Divan base was collapsed at the head end, meaning the hard edge of the divan base split could be felt right across lower back, hip, backside... unfortunately, two really poor nights sleep! Sadly, I wouldn't book again until I know this had been sorted.

Disappointed

Cleanliness, facilities, location

The noise from the apartment above. We could literally hear everything from above footsteps, doors, talking and other verbal noises. Much this happened in the early hours of the morning so woke us up and kept us awake for over an hour. Not the fault of the people staying but there is inadequate sound proving.

Lovely apartment but not for us unfortunately.

Apartment was very modern and really well decorated, WiFi worked really well and was just an overall lovely apartment.

Cleaning in the kitchen area left a little to be desired, I had to get stains out of the sink and also off the fridge door and also of two of the cupboards as well as around the sink edges. Unless you are very lucky parking isnt the greatest, we had to park a good ten minutes walk up the road, there are parking spots outside but these were all full. The ceilings seem very thin as we could hear everything from the people upstairs who came in at 2.30 - 3am and had clearly had a drink.

The Accommodation was very clean and bright, it had all the facilities we needed for 1 night stay. It was very easy to get into the property and parking was very easy to find outside also. Location was great, not too far from the city centre.

The bed was quite hard/firm and so the sleep was uncomfortable.
