Poor experience. Pooe execution

Towels were new.

No towels drying clothes in kitchen. No toilet paper ... arrived xmas eve. Trash in bins. Bed unhygenic Sheets too small for bed Shower drainage poor Toilet roll fitting removed from wall

Has potential but let down by its uncleanliness.

Large space. Useful for get together and cooking from home.

The bed frame was dusty, the bed had hair all over it (from blonde strands to short black hair), the pillow cases were stained, the dining room table was sticky and leftover bits of pastry scattered over it and the cutlery, supposedly clean, was sticky with food remnants. This accommodation has potential but was let down by the absence of cleanliness.

We are looking for a refund!

It was nothing we liked down there after 4h drive!

The property was filthy, no cuterly, old pans, very hot, blocked pipes, so smell of the savage was very strong inside, with our 2children 4y old and 14y, we left it at midnight booking another hotel nearby, as no one wanted to respond and help. Moved bed towards the wall for girls safety, under the bed we found everything family with children wouldn't have to be seeing!

The layout was very trendy but not clean

Was very hot , windows didn’t open fully downstairs or bathroom. As a solo traveller I didn’t feel safe due to the location and being on a lane . Couldn’t leave windows or doors open

Bedroom too hot at night and upstairs smelled of weed. Radiator in bathroom VERY hot I burnt my hip with slightest touch. Not very clean

Great couple of days staying at The Coach House and exploring Cardiff Bay

Beautifully appointed with everything you could need and spotlessly clean. Although not right in the town centre we were only a couple of miles out so perfectly placed for some exercise on our way to the Principality stadium. Good parking for one car right next to the property.

Only slight dislike was it’s location adjacent to a busy road but the road noise was actually pretty inconsequential and could barely be heard.

There was nothing we did not like just maybe a pack of dettol wipes so we could have cleaned up after ourselves .

Beautiful building, very clean, ideal location for work, comfy bed, good shower, washing machine/dryer, hob, oven, very modern, perfect for 1 person or a couple. TV upstairs and one downstairs, free parking.

Radiator downstairs not working. Radiator upstairs lovely and warm though makes a clicky noise so turned it off. Radiator not working in bathroom. Not enough pots for cooking.
