Once we were in the place it was OK, but getting to it, and in particular finding somewhere to park could have been a little easier. The bed was comfy and it was nice to have a fan on a hot night, though it would have been nice to have some milk along with the tea bags and coffee
Parking and the staircase need something to hold onto as they are pretty steep, especially if you get back after a night out

Minimal sound insulation. The neighbors upstairs walked all night, and the floor creaked so much that it felt like you were walking on your head.
