Perfectly comfy clean & well maintained apartment with good communication throughout stay from the hosts.

Clean with keyless access & good facilities. Located about 20 minutes walk from city centre. Very good value.

Parking though found some nearby (not the one recommended) for £6.50 a day. Could do with a bit of a refurb update, not an issue for us but may bother some.

When we arrived flat was clean warm and welcoming. Needed extra quilt and pillows contacted owner wasn't a bother was there in an hour. Very helpful. Nothing was any bother. Thank you

Comfy and good location

Only 2 firms not enough seating 1 number 2/3 seated setee. Parking cost £16 per day, daughter staying 2 doors away given parking on road permif.

Was easy to find, access was easy, location is good

The photos of the property does not match the state of the property it is now. Wear and tear of the apartment is very bad. I think the owner hasn't been there for a while or they just don't care. Just using the property as a milking cow. The thing is that it doesn't need much investment. Just simple refurbishment. Painter for 2 days and job done. Change the sofa which is..... See the pictures I have uploaded to understand what I mean. Just to mention, the living room :) its not a living room, its a tiny kitchen with a sofa in it. No table though, at all :) So basicaly you can cook, but technicaly you can't eat. You can but with no table, just standing :) Main reason of this review is the pictures uploaded for everyone to understand what to expect in reality. In one of the pictures you can see my sock trapped between the laminate floor boards, it was not staged, the floor is that bad. It caught my sock so I had to make a picture to have for a good laugh. Pretty much it. The host is informed about it, but didn't bother to apologize. Just thanked me for the information :) so im the end, you can live there, don't get me wrong, but its not what it says on the pictures ;) sad I can upload only 4 pictures, the would be more to look at

Really awkward to get to car park.

Nowhere to sit and have food, eg tables and chairs, not enough room to sit on one setter considering it was an apartment for six people. Rubbish strewn everywhere outside and rats running around.
