Cardiff Luxe Flats with Spa Facilities

Location was great

There were no sheets for the sofa bed as described in ad. Plus no bowls to use for breakfast.

This property was very clean and very nice, had everything you need and more, location is perfect for the centre. The host where so helpful and nothing was to much for them and replied quickly to any questions I had. Super friendly, loved the spa, amazing place, will definitely stay again

Location was great. Had some basic amenities and a tv in every bedroom.

The flat was not cleaned to an expected standard. Debris on the floor across the flat. Clearly hadn’t been hoovered before arrival. Hairs in the bed and over the toilet seat. Every wall in the flat was marked. Emailed the host asking for the flat to be cleaned but no reply until we had checked out. This apartment is advertised with spa facilities. The host emailed the day before to tell me there would be an additional £60 charge to use the spa. This was not noted before booking. The front door to the flats doesn’t lock. Throughout the stay we had to go outside and shut the door due to other people staying at the flat not shutting the door. Very unsafe. Flat was missing some basic amenities such as tea towels and the internet didn’t work.
